Bread fell apart in crumbles bacon not done. Table was dirty.

Food was good but please if I order a Turkey sausage biscuit and pork sausage biscuit, can you please mark it? We had to open all biscuits doing a smell test hoping we'd guess correctly. I suggest the wrapper is marked with a "T" for turkey or do as other restaurants in which the wrapper has different sandwich options listed on it and the way it is folded tells you which sandwich you have...just a suggestion/request. 😉

I would not repeat WOULD NOT ever recommend any of my friends to work for Biscuitville in the future (well at least the Aberdeen, NC area). Here’s why... they talk about being family first, well that’s not true.

1) my husband got hired there and we had a family emergency and when he called to inform them the manager on duty on 8/23/2020 was rude. Kept telling him that her boss wouldn’t like it cause he just got hired... I’m sorry things happen that we can’t control when we have a 4 month old we have to take care of.

2) he got a better opportunity so he went in politely to resign and he got yelled/cussed out by both managers on duty today (8/24/2020).

Needless to say they don’t seem to be “Family First”

Horrible service at the registers extremely slow and very time consuming. Slow , slow . . Shocking how dirty the floor countertops were.

I am a regular customer, usually everyday for breakfast before work! Your system wasn’t working 8/27/2019 and the cashier rang me on both registers inside. I work in retail, if a customer can show you where you charged them twice you should take care of them. The manager that was there yesterday was also there today when I went in and showed on my bank account that they charged me twice and never came back out to refund me my money or give me my breakfast free ( which was the same thing as yesterday).

Clean tables, clean restrooms, clearly written menu items, self serve drinks, and friendly staff. Located right off Hwy 1 in aberdeen. My go to for a southern fast food fix. Spicy Honey Biscuit sandwich is my favorite!

First experience at Biscuitville. Watched biscuits being made. Delicious!! Our group tried 4 different biscuit combos plus pancakes and muffins. 5 star all the way! Great coffee too.

Pimento cheese biscuit is great, but be sure to check your order. They mean well, but that line is huge and I imagine it's really easy to get in the weeds back there. The speaker at the drive through is hard to hear, like any. Hard to get bad food at Biscuitville though, even if it's wrong!

Some of the friendliest staff of any fast food joint I've been to in years. Food is always good and reasonably priced, but the staff makes me come back.
