Biscuitville

The customer service was great from start to finish. I was very disappointed for the $1.69 plus tax for a kid cup of orange juice, well it seemed like a child cup of juice because of how small it was. I wanted a refund but the young lady explained that she couldn't take the juice back once it was given out the window(which is understandable).

I ordered two pancake breakfast platter's and they would have been great but I ran out of sryup for both of them. I was given two packs of syrup each per platter and the pancakes just sucked the syrup up like a sponge. The next time I will just order extra syrup 😊

Interesting place, first visit. Good menu. Fast service and friendly staff. While I'm not a biscuit person, they had good food

This was our first visit to this location. Upon entering, we were greeted with a smile and a "Hello, welcome to biscuitville". All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Once our order was ready I was asked if I would like help carrying our order to the table. That was greatly appreciated as I have to walk with a cane. All of our food was as ordered and very flavorful, our biscuits were fluffy and especially good with jelly. I absolutely recommend this location if you want great service, great food, and good prices from welcoming, friendly and helpful staff.

Great food but the drive thru is always ridiculously long. Recommend going inside to order. Great choices in sides like country fries with seasoning, muffins, or oatmeal.

The food here was good as I have come to expect. However, I do have one bit of constructive criticism. I like the pancakes, however, they fall apart very easy. I think they would be a little better if they can stay intact. Other than that, the employees were great as well as the rest of my meal.

We love Biscuitville. The biscuit and gravy is awesome.

Biscuits were really good, sausage seemed fresh made and gravy very tasty. I don't like pre made eggs so didn't like that. Enjoyed watching the biscuits being made before your eyes through the glass enclosure and the staff was very warm and welcoming.

Honestly the best fast food biscuits. I had the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. It was fresh, hot, tender and buttery. Not to salty, which is refreshing. It also had large crispy strips of bacon... Not there usual flabby tiny piece like I have gotten at other day food places. Truly worth trying!

Great biscuits and service. I left this review last year. Service has gone downhill!!! Ordered 2 biscuits and asked for enough coffee to fill my husband's cup in our vehicle. We only received 1 biscuit and a small coffee. Asked to refill the coffee and was told we hadn't paid for that - after ordering that. Called and talked to the manager - explained what happened and she hung up on us. Not going back anytime soon.
