Biscuitville

I recently visited a restaurant known for their biscuits and while I must say that the biscuits themselves were quite delicious, I was disappointed by the overall experience. The service was lacking and the execution of the food wasn't always the best.

On the positive side, the biscuits were definitely the highlight of the meal. They were warm, fluffy and had a great flavor. I appreciated that they were made from scratch and clearly had a lot of care put into them. It was clear that this restaurant takes pride in their biscuits and they are definitely worth trying.

However, the service left a lot to be desired. Our server was slow and didn't seem to be very attentive to our needs. We had to ask for things multiple times and even then, they didn't always arrive in a timely manner. It was frustrating to have to wait so long for basic things like water or condiments.

Furthermore, the execution of the food wasn't always up to par. While the biscuits themselves were great, some of the other dishes we ordered were not as good. They seemed rushed and not properly prepared. This was disappointing, especially given the reputation of the restaurant.

Overall, while the biscuits were definitely a standout, the service and execution of the food left something to be desired. I might return just for the biscuits, but I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for a full meal.

If you like biscuits for breakfast this is the place for you but you need to go no earlier than 9:00 in the morning. Any earlier and there is a long line of cars at the drive through. You can go inside for a shorter wait but there is little space to park. All the biscuits are light and fluffy and nothing is overcooked. The chicken is really good as is the country ham. Enjoy.

Food was delicious, as usual. But what impressed me most is how hard everyone was working. It's rare to see good work ethic these days, and every single person was busting their humps. I watched closely and not a single person was slacking.

Just an impressive group of people that I would be glad to hire if I had a company.

Buiscuitville is by far one of the best fast food in town next to chick-fa-la! Me and the wife went to two different McDonalds in two different states and had horrible experiences at both. Even with the line out the road, Buiscuitville seems to be a 5 minute wait! Wish they were open longer!

My girlfriend was always telling me how good the food here is and I wasn't disappointed when we finally went. The country ham biscuits and chicken biscuits are delicious.

This is the third visit in a row where the food is NOT what I ordered and paid for. I go here every weekend and whenever I am off of work and have always received great service and great food until the last 3 visits. The service is still good but the food is terrible. That picture is suppose to be an ultimate bacon platter. 1 slice of bacon and one fifth of a piece? Please work on training the new kitchen staff. This is the Aberdeen/Southern Pines location. Last time my bacon was a handful of nothing but crumbs. I Love this place and would sure hate to have to go to someone else but not going to continue to get food like this.

We had two servings of sausage gravy over biscuits, which were very good. The baking egg cheese biscuit that I had was very good they did not shrimp at all on the bacon. It is a typical fast food restaurant, so atmosphere is not a big consideration. The service is very good

Always find a Biscuitville when visiting down South. Best country ham biscuit you can get.
