This place is only open like 6-2 which is dumb but besides that they religiously don’t have any sauces and more important no ranch. I’ve ate here maybe 20-30 times. I’ve gotten ranch when I asked maybe 3. And it’s not just this location (line is wrapped around the block in the morning and slow) it’s all of them that I’ve visited. It’s also overpriced. I’ve decided today I will not be coming back.

It was a very long and slow line for drive through. The lady on the microphone was funny and entertaining to us. She engaged us in funny conversation while we waited for our order. We were an hour out from their closing time at 2. I guessed they were prepping for closing.
It was fine. We got our muffin and potatoes drove off into the sunset.

Friendly. They were a bit short staffed so the wait time was long.

This morning started off rough for me. I was hoping to get a quick breakfast and get to work. When I got to the drive thru, they were extremely busy. My order was wrong and they promptly corrected the issue by giving me a partial refund for the price difference. However, when I got to work I noticed my biscuit was wrong. I called the store and spoke with the manager. She was extremely kind and apologetic. Let me just say, their service went above and beyond. Not only did they apologize for the error, the manager sent their shift leader to my job to give me the breakfast I ordered AND a free muffin for the inconvenience. I have never in my life had a restaurant go to such lengths to ensure their customer's satisfaction. They definitely have a great staff with impeccable leadership!

Mediocre coffee/dry eggs and meats

The staff were friendly upbeat, but for a fast food chain that specializes in southern style breakfast...come on.

I've tried the steak, sausage, bacon...even new fried chicken biscuit...nothing was something I'd really go back for.

I'd rather eat Chick-fil-A chicken biscuits/ Bo Jangles anything biscuits.

Staff are robotic. Cashier at the window told me they could not adjust how dark the biscuits were and tried to force me to take dark brown biscuits. I simply do not like my biscuits that way. I like them light and have never had a problem at any other location in other cities.
