Top of the Morning Cafe

What are you talking about? I never went to top of the morning.

By far the worst service I have ever experienced. Took almost 25 minutes for our server to take our order,never checked on us,never refilled our drinks. Was gossiping with other servers and when it came time for our check, she literally threw it on the table crumpled up like trash. You never know who you're waiting on, I've been a server for over 30 years.. I would of fired her by now... she's lucky she got any kind of tip from me. I would give 5 stars to the chef.. food was excellent

The best place in Utica for breakfast or lunch. The waitresses are great and the food is excellent, prices are very reasonable. I’ve never seen someone leave their unhappy.

Great fun wait staff. Good food and big portions. Huge menu too! Top it all off with fast service. I'll be going there again for sure!

I’m really surprised this restaurant has 4 1/2 stars. My husband and I were here for breakfast after church. I felt bad because the staff were all clearly overwhelmed. We waited too long for a table too long for food too long for service in general. Then to top it off there was a piece of a chipped plate in our food. Needless to say we lost our appetite. Anyway we will not return to this restaurant.

First time there and I will be back with the family! Quick service, friendly staff and delicious food
