Bear Mountain Bakery & Cafe

This bakery has been through a few owners in the two years I’ve been living in Fort Montgomery. The couple who runs the cafe now are so sweet and everything they make is delicious!!! They have bacon egg and cheese biscuits which are to die for, as well as the largest cinnamon buns you’ll ever see! Can’t wait to try all the new cookie cakes!

I love walking in here to see all the yummy looking treats! I also check their Instagram to see their new baked goods every weekend. They have the best cinnamon buns around here! I am so happy it is local and it has become a treat to have with our morning coffee. My boys also love the muffins and the Danish. Friendly staff and good service.

The employees were so kind. We only ate the tiramisu cake which was delicious! And got few lattes and iced coffee. Will definitely come back here to try their other items if we are in the area again :)

We visit every time we are in Highland Falls! Simply the best! Now they have freshly prepared meals every week they prepare that we can order for our cadet, genius! Thank you Bear Mountain Bakery, keep up the great work!

Alan and Jackie are two of my favorite people in Highland Falls! Super friendly and the energy in this place is just really warm and welcoming. There hasn't been a single thing I've eaten from this café that hasn't been 5-star worthy. If it's your first time, get a bacon, egg & cheese on a biscuit, your taste buds will thank you! A warm scone in the morning will make your day. Blueberry pies so fresh you'll think they're growing everything out back.

I got a delivery for my birthday from my sister in TN. The cheesecakes were incredible. Seriously best ever! I need more.

We’re totally in love with Bear Mountain Bakery. I’m in Highland Falls with my kids on their spring break. We wandered down the hill every morning for a pastry, and they’re all fantastic. The blueberry scone is my favorite. The breakfast sandwiches are AMAZING as well. I’m not big into cheesecake, but we also tried the cannoli cheesecake, and it was DIVINE. And the owners are just lovely. Glad we’re here for four more days and can partake of more deliciousness. Thank you!!!

Bear Mountain Bakery is the best bakery I have ever been to. It has amazing cookies and brownies especially. If its a cadets birthday they can even make a cookie cake that is amazing. Nothing makes a day better then a text saying bear mountain is dropping something off. If you want to give your cadet a good day, get them bear mountain. Best morale boaster at West Point that someone from afar can offer. The staff is extremely awesome as well. Great service!!
