What an amazing experience I had! They delivered an assortment of sweets to my Cadet at West Point exactly as promised. I received a follow up text making sure I was happy with the order. Great customer service! Great bakery! I will definitely order here again!

The coffee tastes so good my husband doesn't need cream in it! & their maple walnut scones r amazing! The rest of the food looks delicious. Plus the service is always friendly &inviting. Win- Win. This is the perfect coffee shop place!

Bear Mountain Café is a great! Highly recommend, great coffee and cookies. I especially appreciate the range of the bakery products—their muffins aren’t just cake, they are actual muffins that could be eaten in the morning without putting you in a sugar coma. My favorite items were the maple walnut scones and the hot chocolate cupcakes. Also, the prices are unexpectedly good, close to what you’d pay at a chain place but much higher quality. It’s close to NYC, get out of the city, go for a hike, get some Bear Mountain in the morning.

A wonderful bakery with a great staff. Their sweets are delicious, their custom baked goods are fabulous, and they have bread now. I wish the cafe menu was more robust, but what they have is quite good. Great addition to our community. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. The desserts, coffee, and staff are awesome. The last few times I have gotten treats for my office, I have gone here. While I do not recommend it because they make everything fresh, I even called in a same-day delivery for cupcakes and they were perfect. I highly recommend this place.

During West Point's R-Day, several vendors were selling boodle box subscriptions. What set the one from Bear Mountain Bakery & Cafe a part for me, was the taste of its product. The team passed out brownie samples and they were just like I make them - with real butter, and quality ingredients.

I signed up for their subscription program and my cadet and his roommates are thrilled with the first order! And I love the fact that I received a picture of my smiling cadet.

I've had several of their pastries and they were all very good. For Thanksgiving we bought a couple of pies. The pecan pie, I'm sorry to say, wasn't very good. The filling was crushed pecans with very little flavor and no moisture. It lacked sweetness and had very little flavor. The apple pie looked awesome
but like the pecan pie it lacked any flavor. It was filled with sliced apples that were still on the hard side and totally dry. Not sweet at all with very little spice added. I'll stick with their pastries. The lemon squares are to die for.
