Cold Spring Coffeehouse

I cannot say enough good things about this coffeehouse. The baristas are so sweet and the coffee is delicious! Not acidic. Not too sweet when you get a latte with flavors. They have some specialty syrups that they make in house. If you like chai lattes, I highly recommend trying one here. Their ham and Brie pastry is DELICIOUS! Also their chocolate croissant is the best I’ve ever had.

If you dream of excellent, baked in-house pastry with your espresso, your fantasy will be realized at the Cold Spring Coffee House. My wife and I visited the place for the first time this weekend and were amazed at the excellence of both the pastry and caffeinated beverages- all under the same roof. Add that to the friendly and competent staff, throw in the warm atmosphere and you have a combination of assets unprecedented in Putnam county. All located in perhaps the most scenic town in NY.

Cold spring coffeehouse has great coffee and amazing pastries. Everything is baked fresh on the premises daily. The muffins and croissants are perfect. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff.

Very good Coffee and a nice place!

Amazing place for coffee and pastries. They had oat milk for their lattes, lots of vegan portions, and the croissants (ham and brie, almond, chocolate) are incredible. And their staff is so kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great atmosphere inside - wonderful local artists displayed on the walls. The baked goods are to DIE for! I love their quiches, sandwiches, cookies, and buns. If you're in town, definitely stop in!

My favorite coffee place in the county

Amazing little spot! Great atmosphere, fabulous coffee and the baked goods are some of the best I have ever had. The vegan tahini chocolate chip cookie is to die for! Highly recommend this place!
