Cold Spring Coffeehouse

I got 4 different pastries and they were all amazing! Great coffee too. The goat cheese and honey danish was my fave!

I’ve enjoyed this coffeehouse in the past but I will not be returning until they revise their policy on non-disposable cups. Today I requested my coffee be made in one of the nice ceramic mugs I could see sitting above the espresso machine. To which I received the reply: “We don’t do that here. Because of COVID.” This is absurd. More than two years after COVID, tens of thousands of restaurants have safely returned to offering food and beverages in environmentally sustainable, reusable vessels, thereby greatly reducing waste. Why is your restaurant refusing to even give your customers a sustainable option when dining in? Disgraceful.

What a wonderful local coffee shop! Pastries are delicious and coffee.

The croissants are so delicious, fluffy, flavorful, and made fresh. The shop is a hot spot for locals to spend between 2 minutes and 2 hours. The team that runs the store really know their products and customers. You can tell they really want to give you an exceptional experience.

My fiancé and I were traveling on 9D to check out all the local small towns. We stopped here for coffee and then we saw this amazing, delicious and best invention ever: an everything bagel pretzel with cream cheese. If you love any of what I said I highly suggest you get your butt over there and try it. We will definitely be back and with friends to try that and more of the pastries they make here. My fiancé ordered a cold brew and really enjoyed her coffee. I had a vanilla maple latte with oat milk and it was 4/5 stars. Either way this place deserves five stars due to their kind customer service interactions and their delicious everything pretzel creation. We will be back and highly recommend to everyone we can!

Best chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever had at this place. I’ve had many in my chocolate addicted lifetime, but this one was something else. I still think about it. My friend and girlfriend still think about it. It’s vegan, delicious no matter what your dietary restrictions may or may not be.

Go to spot for coffee but the best part are their pastries. Everything we’ve had is delicious but special shout out to the smoked salmon croissant and the goat cheese, rosemary, and honey danish.

A must when in Cold Spring - great coffee & pastries and the great patio for a sunny day!

Outstanding coffee and baked goods! Super friendly staff. Clean and nice ambiance. One of my favorite coffee shops in a great area to explore. Kid friendly.

I would definitely regular here if I lived closer. The lavender raspberry iced tea was the best I've ever had. Aromatic, tart, perfectly sweetened and soo refreshing ! I could've easily had 2.
