This is the best coffee I ever had. I recommend their vanilla lattes! Also had a pretzel croissant, one of the tastiest things I have ever had. I drive half an hour for this coffee, that's how good! Thanks for the best cup of coffee!!

This place is everything! Absolutely in LooooOoOoOoOoove with the whole menu and the pastries.
Right in the heart of cold spring, this little coffee house has the best croissants (even vegan ones available) and the most amazing coffee. At the moment due to covid they’re only doing takeout. It’s so easy to do right through a cute little window and ordering is fast and easy.
The almond croissant was my favorite but then again so was the everything but the bagel with cream cheese. Sooooooooo goood!!!
There’s little chairs outside in case you want to drink your coffee at the spot otherwise you could totally walk to the benches with the gorgeous view just a few steps away.
Bottom line, can’t wait to come here when you can get the full experience. In the meantime, it’s a b s o l u t e l y worth IT. Croissants are out of this world.

Solid choice of homemade pastries. The caramel fudge brownie is a wise option if you need some calories after hiking bull hill.

Got a nice cup of cold brew and I love it! They have plants of seatings. Unfortunately we got here late and the pastries were sold out!

Love this place! Stop here every time I go up 9D. Great coffee and baked goods. Excellent vibe!

The patio in the back seems like it would be fun in summer, but we stuck to the indoors. It was very cozy with rustic table tops that are a tad too tall and window benches to sit.
Both the prosciutto and veggie sandwiches are simple but made with good, flavorful ingredients.
While sitting there, the thick chocolate chip cookies flew off the shelf!

The brownie was not good. The texture was goopey and it didn't taste like much, ended up throwing half away.

One of my favorite spots in the Hudson Valley to get vegan desserts! I've been a patron for years and I'm always impressed. They always have a nice selection of house-made, high quality vegan pastries. Their vegan brownies, tahini chocolate chip cookies, croissants and tomato jam/hummus pretzels are fantastic. Also the lamination on their vegan croissants are impeccable! For such a small kitchen and bakery crew, they certainly pump out some serious deliciousness and bring the magic!

I went for the chocolate croissant which was perfectly laminated, flakey and buttery, but it was the cappuccino that won me over. Not a single hint of bitterness. Whatever roast they are using, its Excellent.
