Cold Spring Coffeehouse

The best pastries of any coffeehouse in the area. They’re baked on the premises. They play great music. The only reason for 4 stars instead of five is I’m not a fan of their coffee. But it’s a sweet little place with delicious baked goods.

Great atmosphere. Great coffee. I'm particularly fond of the matcha latte. The also have croissants, sandwiches, quiche, etc.

Pretty decent food and very unique pastries.

We were in Cold Spring for mountain hiking. We love coming to this charming village by Metro-North from NYC. This coffee shop has tasty Americano coffee, delicious pastries, very cool and funky wall art, and a bathroom ( the latter is crucial for day hikers).
The atmosphere is relaxed. You're not rushed in any way, in case you want to linger at your table for a while.

They have great coffee and lovely desserts.

Pretty much the epitome of a mom-and-pop coffee shop. Great coffee and espresso. Wonderful variety of pastries and now they also have a small collection of craft beer. Sasha, Bridget & Kate were very sweet and took care of us well. This is a favorite of ours when we visit NY.

One of the best coffee houses in the Hudson River Valley! And I have been to hundreds of coffee shops. The pastries are incredible and super fresh and all made on premise in the back. Tasty and savory treats range from croissants, chocolate croissants, maple buns, vegan muffins, scones, and so much more. The vegan items are pretty yummy too. The part I like is that I don't need sugar in my latte here. The place feels like a great hub!

Love this place! SO many vegan options! We had the vegan tahini chocolate chip cookies, the vegan croissant and the hummus/pesto vegan sandwich. Looked like they had more vegan baked goods - what a gem! Great, quick service. Perfect lunch spot.

Great coffee and chai! Came here after our hike and it was lovely. Plus, they have oat milk 👌🏼

I only found out about this place recently post-pandemic, so I haven't had the chance to be inside. Currently they have a takeout window setup where the door would normally be.

The coffee here is genuinely phenomenal, both the drinks they make and the beans they sell (I can't remember where those are sourced from at the moment).

Also, they have an Everything Bagel Pretzel (with cream cheese filling). Yes, it's as amazing as it sounds.
