There improving. I've been getting consistent coffee. But think the sugar dispenser needs calibration. Too sweet for me. Went from 3 sugar down to 2; & still too sweet

Love the food, they need to learn to pick up their feet, 8 min in the drive thru is absolutely insane! 3 cars in front of us should not have taken that long! Come on pick it up some! Not always that bad but geez

Waited a very long time to be told they dont have what i want, defrosted. I was willing to wait but it wasn't an option. Its really said when you have about 10 workers moping around, and im waiting over 10 minutes to be served? Nah. You can do better.

The girl who waited on me was obviously miserable!!!!! She was extremely short.... I asked her what the problem was and her comment was that she just wanted to go home. I had been driving for hours and had to wait awhile for them to notice me (I was the only person in the place) soooo my comment was , "me too!". It was by far the worst service I have gotten at a Tim Hortons.

Worst Customer Service I've ever had. They took forever. AND WHEN I COMPLAINED I WAS TOLD I WAS ACTING LIKE A DO***E BAG. Corporate Tim Hortons needs to step in and do something about this location. They are giving Tim Hortons a bad name. If I owned that location I would fire everyone and start over.

Very busy place. They need to re-train their employees to give better customer service. They never say "thank you" and rarely greet you when you walk up to the register. Good coffee and baked goods.

They can't take another order at the counter until they finish making the order before. Can't ring an order on the register correctly then get lippy with the customer because it's "only a nickel difference." How about just learning how to do your job and do it well. Tim Hortons is the worst.

The Best part about my meal was the soda because at least it wasn't burnt and gave an attitude when I ordered it.
They literally tossed my sandwich in a bag and the guy who took my order acted like I was in there ordering crambrelle instead a dam sandwich. the sandwich had 4 slices of black bacon and 2 dice peaces of chicken. Someone actually thought I wasn't going to notice handed me a bag of disrespect.
