Tim Hortons

Wanted them to be good but ordered simple 3 grilled cheese 1 may half done the other 2 had were cold cheese slices, to top it off 2 drinks and got attitude like it was a big deal. If they can't do grilled cheese i can just imagine how the rest comes out never again

Our coffee has been on point. Perfect and done right. Night crew, Especially. Good job. Always get the extra large french vanilla cappuccino with a shot a Espresso right. 👍👍😊😊😊😊😊😊😊 double double too. 👍👍👍Been Pleasure here as of lately. 💟

Honestly the service depends on the time of day you go here. I go every day at noon and Sundays the girl is taking drive through orders just says " what do you want" and "pull ahead"! When you end up with the typing kids all working together or the entire 6 employee crew of all teenage girls you might as well drive to The Arcade Tim Hortons because you are wasting your time! The did quality and coffee quality all depend on where staff member is making it because I honestly don't think these teenagers know how to make a good cup of coffee because they don't drink it, they drink energy drinks. The manager is a saving grace though!

Okay so service is really good here! There’s just one thing I want to mention, I HATE the iced coffee how they use the crushed ice here! Lol. I only like the cubed ice, I asked if they have cubes they said no 😔 and this is the only Tim’s I pass on the way to work everyday so I just decided to not get it from here. Other than having like an item forgotten about (it happens) here or there, that’s my only issue

Enjoyable stay, room was nice and had all the necessary amenities for a weekend getaway or somewhere to stop. Only issue was there was a pretty loud noise coming from the bathroom pipes in both rooms we occupied but only occasionally. Couldn’t really determine where or why but shutting the bathroom door with some tv noise would normally drain it out.

Need more help ...Sadly to Say Because I have never given a bad review. But waited 15 mins or longer to get a coffee. 😥

This is probably the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. It consistently (even before Covid) is out of advertised items, makes mistakes with orders, has unhelpful customer service and is just an all around hassle.
I was excited to have them when they first opened, they're less than 3 mins from my home & were open late.
Now that there is one in Arcade, that has much better service & keeps items in stock, I'll drive the extra miles & go there from now on.
Today I ordered a Salted Caramel Ice Cap Supreme and, as usual, there was spillage all over the cup so it was sticky and wet & they didn't even remember to add the caramel topping. I sat at the drive thru for a minute to try & get their attention & decided it wasn't worth the wait, or the attitude.
On another recent visit I ordered 4 coffees and some food & when I asked for a cup carrier I was given an eye roll. And they were out of potato wedges.
Not all the servers are like that & there are some very friendly people here, but generally there seems to be an attitude of 'just get your stuff, get out of the way & don't ask questions'.
I'm also not the only one who has had these issues at this location.

Prices are getting a wee bit high, but with the app it is better. Timmy Hos coffee still my fav.

As someone who has managed a successful Tim Hortons for years now I have to say this location does not live up to the standards. Customer service friendly and suggesting an addition to your order great, wait time is horrible, quality food, but people on drinks need to be retrained on how many pumps of cane sugar to use in ice coffee.
