They know bagels! Perfect crust on the outside, chewy in the middle. And their everything bagel is everything! A great spice blend. I'm not crazy about their coffee but their bagels make up for it.

I live in North Carolina now. Left NY almost two years ago. I’ve tried dozens of coffee and bagel shops since coming to NC. None compare to Uncommon Grounds. I was a regular there for many years. Their coffee, lattes, bagels and other foods were always of the highest quality. Was rarely disappointed (and I’m not the easiest guy to please!). I miss that place!

The bagels are large and chewy. One bagel can serve a family of five. Avoid weekends unless you have 30 minutes to spare.

The best breakfast and beverages you can get. So many options and all of them taste amazing. Go to is the Lumberjack on an everything bagel with salt and pepper.

3 times now I have ordered a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon. left the store got home only to find out there’s no salmon on my bagel. While I normally wouldn’t care about a missing component, the price dif between a bagel with cream cheese and one with smoked salmon is like 8 dollars. That’s a decent amount of money to lose out on over time. Great product, service just needs to improve.

Went to get a bagel this morning and website said they were open, store was full of employees, door was locked, I was not greeted, it was twenty minutes past scheduled open and others were waiting. Could not get service or recognition so we left.

We LOVE this Uncommon Grounds! Ahmad is absolutely hilarious and made us the most wonderful bagels. He has a wonderful sense of humor. Drew is also extremely helpful! This place is very well run!

Always busy but the staff and service are great. I get the lox of love bagel with house radish mayo, capers and red onions. You can't go wrong
