A once great local spot has fallen into years of poorly made coffee that always tastes horribly bitter. As a black, unsweetened coffee drinker I have tried to keep buying local by ordering mochas, bulletproof coffees, and sweetened coffee, but it's simply never good enough to even drink half of it. Myself and friends ha e taken to driving south to The Apothecary to avoid wasted money on undrinkable coffee.
This was a notable locals spot forever. I am so sad that I keep trying it, hoping it would return to its once great drink offering.

I asked for a triple shot of espresso thinking ill get three shots of just espresso but they gave me a huge cup of hot brown water, should've gone to Starbucks

No Cold Brew, tried to sell me an iced americano instead. Any person who makes and sells coffee for a living should at least know the difference...anyway, getting 3 stars because she did recommend a few other places.

Luke warm lattes and a snotty attitude. Stopped here for a late morning coffee with my wife. We both ordered lattes and received them pretty quick, a bit too quick.. They were both a tad hotter than luke warm but tasted good. While the guy was making the drinks we asked a couple questions about the area to which he rolled his eyes as though we were idiot tourists. I was told prior to our trip to Toas that World Cup was more hipster than any other spot in town. Great location, will not be a return customer.

Best coffee in Taos! Took us 4 others before we found this one. Ordered a double shot flat white in a small cup and got it. Barista knew what to do and it was perfect. If you love coffee strong this is the place

Fast service was a plus. Covid awareness a HUGE minus. I know you haven't taken credit cards in over 20 years, but no contact payment (beyond venmo) should be a must for our current pandemic safety. Good service, okay coffee, rough covid-safety.

Good coffee, disgruntled locals. Short staffed. But probably the best coffee other than The Farm House Cafe.

No frills coffee shop with very limited seating and friendly staff. Left off a star because there is literally no where to sit and the only public restroom is about a block away. The americano was fantastic. They only do espresso drinks so if your looking for regular drip this may not be the place.

Regular people. Nice. Speedy and accurate. Talkative. Good price. Latte was fine. Cardamom cake pretty good. A few inside seats for people watching.

Best cup of coffee I've ever had. Was working in Taos on a solar project and made sure to have coffee there every morning. Very convenient to the Taos Inn, which was the hotel I was sure to stay in every trip as well. Staff was always very friendly - I'm guessing some of the folks who wrote otherwise weren't in a very talkative mood or were turned off by the decor. The place is decked out liberal shabby-chic style with money from all over the world and anti-Bush and Monsanto regalia covering the walls. Definitely a hippie-esque feel, but a damn perfect cup of coffee and really engaging people if you make the effort. I would drive hours out of my way for a cup of coffee here.
