Best little ice cream spot I found in Santa Fe while visiting!! I got a typical strawberry waffle cone. Service was quick and friendly. They are pretty damn busy!!

I was so excited to see a Haagen Daas shop in the flesh as I had never been to one before. We stopped in to share couple of scoops and it was great! Friendly staff and the ice cream was delicious. Definitely recommend stopping in for a scoop

When walking around exploring Santa Fe Plaza, stop in here for a coffee or ice cream. We visited on 8/5/19 between museum and gallery visits. That day they had “Buy a pastry ($3), get an 8oz coffee free”. It was delicious. There is extra seating in the back. The place was clean and the front doors were open allowing the lovely fresh air to permeate. Highly recommend

Go to La Lecheria ice creamery instead. This place stinks. It’s dirty inside, the employees don’t wear gloves, and they take only cash and tap cards. Their card reader has been broken for over a month and they haven’t fixed it .The young men who work here are also unhelpful. I’m a teacher who came in to buy stuff for my students’ ice cream party. They have no trays in which to put large ice cream orders or even plastic bags to hold napkins and spoons. The guy behind the counter didn’t even bother going into the back to look. I look forward to not coming back here.

In the middle of a pandemic, despite state requirements, staff are wearing neither masks nor gloves. This complete disregard for the health of others is abhorrent and I encourage everyone to find another ice cream shop. This business doesn't deserve your money.

I was appalled at how one of the staff members handled a situation here last week. My friend, who is 18 weeks pregnant, ordered a smoothie. It was a very hot and busy Saturday so we sat down to wait. 10 minutes went by but we never saw or heard the order being ready. When my friend went up to ask about it, the gentleman said that it had been put on the counter. My friend explained that she did not see or hear anything about her order being ready and was then yelled at by this man saying, "Maybe next time you should stand right here to make sure you get your order!" He refused to give her a refund or make her a new smoothie. She turned around in tears. So, I approached him to ask for a refund again. He was then very rude to me but began to process a refund. He said the tip could not be refunded - and we are now finding out that he never actually processed that refund at all.

A waste of time. Very poor service. Not wearing gloves. Put her head inside the ice cream cooler. They only accepted cash. They did not accept any credit or debit cards. We had to leave because we could not pay for it. How can anybody run a business like that

This place needs some help. There was a young woman there that was very friendly and courteous, but the two men working with her were not only rude but confrontational. I was amazed. Here’s a thought: demote the two men to janitorial and ask the young woman if she has any friends who need work. I don’t go out to buy ice cream to deal with two morons who can’t handle their hormones.

The most disappointing service by young millennials/Gen Z, very smiley, but absent-minded, vacant stare creature. One of them was the daughter of the owner, or so she claimed. They were accepting cash only, and I only had my debit card with a chip, which was not accepted either. I inquired about an ATM nearby and asked if upon my return I could be serviced right away. She said no. I asked for an exception. She said no. I grew impatient, but remained professional and thought to myself "these kids don’t know about CS." I asked for the manager. The kid talked to the other kid. The new kid was alleged to be the manager but also denied my request. At this point, with the long line on hold, a super kind lady offered to pay for my $7.00 shake. I said, “how kind of you! I asked for an exception to get in line right away when I return with cash, but these kids rather hold the long line than make an exception as customer service action”. At which moment, the young kid behind the counter said, with a glimpse of mockery in her eyes and still smiley "I can also refuse service and throw you out!!!!! AND THIS WAS THE OWNER’S DAUGHTER!!! I then thought to myself again "what I’m doing trying to communicate absent-minded, vacant-stare, intelligence-void, snotty, rude, and just plain void of substance creature?" I thanked the kind lady and the creature behind the counter and left. I did treat myself with a healthy yogurt from another venue and enjoyed MONO Mundo dances. I DO NOT RECOMEND Haagen-Daz Ice Cream.
