Great ice-cream, great service at the counter. No one cleans the tables in between customers, though, so be ready to stick to a surface. Oh, and pay $4.60 for one scoop.

Got ice cream here but this place seemed pretty unhygienic. Workers were serving ice cream with their bare hands touching the cones where people put their mouths. Two out of three of them had masks below the nose. The guy who served us had to lean so far in to scoop ice cream his hair was touching the divider. His arm was so deep in to the bucket that his skin and arm hair were touching the ice cream on the sides. The seats next to the registers were occupied and made it impossible to social distance while paying. Would not recommend this place.

Wow… Poor staff cleanliness!! The ice cream is alright, though not as good as Baskin Robbins. The staff were nice enough but way too casual/unprofessional, unthankful for their customers, and… did not demonstrate basic restaurant cleanliness!!! The young man who served our ice cream then saw some friends wander in and shook several of their hands, some at great length and with much fanfare and lots of different “touches”. He went right back to serving without washing his hands. No one was wearing any sort of gloves while handling cones etc. I’d say the manager and owner were AWOL, completely disconnected from this poorly run franchisee, leaving their young staff are utterly untrained. DEFINITELY would NOT return. We found a Baskin Robbins another night and the staff - just as young - were polite, thankful, and professional. What a difference a little management makes… Haagen Dazs should be embarrassed and pull the plug on this one.

Pretty standard Icecream place, but one of the people working the counter should have had their hair tied back in her hat, not hanging over the Icecream. And they also had a band aid on their finger implying a cut or burn. That have should have been covered with a glove at the very least.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Very poor management if you even care to say someone manages this place. Owner is very rude to customers and even worse to his employees who work more hours that WFS allows for high school kids. And he doesn't pay the employees on time but instead offers to loan them money. This man has to be doing something illegal. Must only hire kids cuz he's a bully. I will never go back there. This establishment needs to be shut down.

I've only gotten ice cream here although the fudge looks delicious. It's Haagen Dazs ice cream, so it's what you would expect. It doesn't disappoint. The staff has packed it up for me on several occasions so I can carry it back easily to the hotel. They also sell coffee here, but I've not tried that either.
The staff was young, polite and helpful. They weren't stingy with the chocolate sprinkles either.
I'm not sure about other ice cream places downtown, but this one is on The Plaza, so it's visible and convenient.

The ice cream is good , but the guys that work in that place don't wash their hands after receiving the money, so they touch everything and then they handle food.
very disgusting.
The manager should invest in gloves, or generate one more job for a cashier that JUST take the money.

Out of many popular flavors and service is horrible. Very rude. Better off going to another local ice cream parlor.

Abusive Owner/staff relationship. I saw the owner yelling at young employees (highschool ages) as I went in. The ice cream quality was poor anyways. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

I used to work there and i had to quit once the new owner bought out the place. I used to love working there but as soon as the new owner (Ralph) took over, it became a total dump. If you think that the front of the shop is bad, well please leave because the back is even scarier. If you want ice cream go to the Santa Fe Arcade on the plaza. All the way in the back next to the subway is a little shop called brain freeze. Go there, way better.
