I had the chocolate cupcake with chocolate icing & red velvet cupcake with sour cream icing. The cupcakes were dry, the chocolate frosting was way too rich with not enough sweetness, but the cream cheese icing was really yummy. I won't go back though, I wasn't impressed with their dessert selection.

10 out of 10 best blueberry muffins I've ever had. Great and timely staff and the owners are amazing!

I had visited before and it was ok other than the rude tall guy who helped me. Thought I go by again a second time and horrible service from the older gentlemen w glasses. Very rude and doesn't listen to the customers needs. Interrupted me when I was ordering and totally for got to even make my drink as he expected the younger gentlemen to I guess because he placed it on the counter and walked off. Besides from that I thought the cupcake was amazing but my quiche was burned after waiting 20 mins or so. Will not return in store but possibly for big future cupcakes orders only.

Very good breakfast burrito. One of the best croissants I've had, good coffee and a pleasant atmosphere.

Absolutely fantastic. Pulled into a mini-mall parking lot to answer cell phone. Noticed Dulce shop when I hung up. Needed coffee. Checked reviews. Noticed high review for chocolate cupcakes. Figured I'd get a cup of coffee and a cupcake for my husband who loves chocolate. They'd sold out of cupcakes. Walked out with sticky bun, cream cheese tart like pastry with fruit, gluten free chocolate cake, and a cinnamon roll. Took home and snacked on with family. Everthing was absolutely phenomenal. Typically, I find that pastries in a pastry shop look fabulous but just never taste as fabulous as they look. This was not the case with Dulce. Everthing was beautiful and tasted awesome. The coffee was pretty good, too!! Highly recommend!

I'm a coffee snob, I'll make no bones about that. These guys do it right. The shots were perfect and smooth without a hint of acid. The milk perfectly steamed and not boiled to kill it. I've only ever had baked items and I can only say that they are all fantastic. The lemon bars are divine!

Actually the coffee, pastries, quiche, etc from here is excellent! But if you go in prepare for the Token Grumpy-Old-White-Santa-Fe-Retired-Lady-Staredown. If you're under the age of 60 and try to enjoy yourself and a morning beverage here you will be eyeballed, judged, and immediately scoffed at by Santa Fe's lush and ever growing population of grumpy old people. I have never felt more out of place, in the right place, in my life.

My first time. A last minute choice. I had a slice of quiche - chicken sausage. Perfect. Also a small cafe au lait. So happy it was served in a mug as we were eating in. To go is also available. Will try the desserts next time.

Excellent mastery of altitude baking. Savory quiches are nice. Chocolate cupcakes have nice heft, tang and perfect sweetness level. Coffee is nice. A good addition to SF. Much needed.

OMG!!!! What a great bakery!! The coffee is also excellent. As a matter of fact the coffee was just meant as a secondary thing. Turns out it is so damn good that people come for the coffee and also get treated to the wonderful baked goods as well. Another thing which should be mentioned is that the service is always sincere and friendly. The owners always say hello to you and ask how you are doing. If they have not seen you for a while they will inquire if all is ok and that they have missed you. Is it any wonder that bakery / coffee house is always full to capacity from the time they open their doors until at least 1 hour after they close them. Yes that is right, they don't kick people out just because they have closed.. you are welcome to finish your coffee or pastry or even the article your in the middle of reading... Want to have the best coffee, pastries and courteous service in the Cordova road area? Then head on over to Dulce you won't be disappointed!!
IF on the other hand you want the worst experience you could imagine well then head on over to the place owned by the
Koffee Nazi - Tom Frost - of BetterDay Coffee -
which is an oxymoron for sure.. It's never a betterday when you have to deal with that guy and his attitude.. I can't begin to tell you all the horror stories me and my friends have experienced there over the past year... his NAZI coffee is not worth the abuse and attitude he will put you through to get served..
STAY AWAY FROM THE KOFFEE NAZI - TOM FROST - AND HIS CERTAINLY NOT BETTERDAY COFFEE!! especially when there are so many more truly excellent and better tasting alternatives!!!!
