I'm writing a review of Counter Culture because it's one of my favorite restaurants in Santa Fe, and I've just had to write 3 1-star reviews for businesses that have tried to take advantage of me or been rude/unprofessional since the post-covid re-opening of our state, so I felt a strong desire to reward businesses in Santa Fe that are good and honest and doing an incredible job! The food here has always been amazing, relatively cheap, and the staff is always friendly. I'm sooo happy they have re-opened, because I was really worried when they shut down during the pandemic! Keep being awesome Counter Culture. I'll keep coming back here to remind me of how good businesses in this town can be :)

Had dine in service for breakfast here. Great service at the counter! Food arrived so fast I thought this can't be good. But it was! Great food, great atmosphere and great vegetarian options. Will be back frequently!

Cash only - but very reasonable price level. Their egg sandwich is how an egg sandwich should be;

Don't expect service with a smile at this place. I have been a long time customer of Counter Culture, unfortunately today will be my last visit. The food isn't bad, not great either, but today I had a strange experience where the cashier (blond and believed to be partner/wife owner with her husband) was incredibly rude and insulting to me and my family members. Since the other two members of my party had pretty much finished ordering, they stayed, but I could not reward her behavior with my business. The cashiers at Taco Bell were very friendly ;). So I would recommend the Bell over this place if you don't like to pay people to insult you.

Oh so good! Standard staples turned up a notch if your looking for something simple. But the rest of the menu is so not boring. The flavors are brilliant! Smart patio dining & overall modern hip place with cool shops to walk around close by.
