Waiting over 15min just to be acknowledged even though it was dead. Than drinks took another 15 to just get to us. And when the food came out it was cold and old like it had been sitting out all day. I could peel my gravy off my Chicken fried steak and my eggs were cold and old. My Hashbrown was cold and soggy

understaffed. Had 1 waitress for the entire restaurant and she was way behind so we did not stay.

Rex Glen is an amazing server. You should knight him.

Worst service ever. Ordered pancakes and hush browns. Waited 40 minutes. They brought the pancakes cold. No hush browns. Waitress ignored us. I had to take the plate to her and told her it is cold. Did not bother to apologize and did not say she would heat it.
We decided to leave. Went to her and said we are leaving. She said ok. Not my place. So frustrated

The worst Dennys I've ever been to. Went in and stood there waiting to be seated for a few minutes. No acknowledgement from anyone, yet server was right there. Finally said excuse me and she said "Oh, just sit anywhere you want in a certain area". I preferred a table, because I'm a big man, but all they offered were booths. More than half the tables were dirty and my wife asked the server if he could wipe ours down, but he just continued to wipe tables that nobody was sitting at. We had been traveling for a while so I needed to use the rest room and relieve myself and wash my hands. Somebody had urinated all over the floor in front of the urinal and I almost slipped 😳 Went out and told him about it and he said I'll get to it when I can. Very annoying! So we moved to a different table, one that he had cleaned. Sat for a few minutes, but no server, no menus, just plain no acknowledgement that we were there! There were only two tables in the whole place that had customers at them. I said come on honey we're not eating here. As we were walking out, we heard another customer say "I think we're being ignored!", I said "That's why we're leaving", and walked out. I would give it no star if I could. Terrible, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My family and I came Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at around 3:30 pm. They had only one waitress and one cook. I have to say that my family and I were very pleased with the service of our waitress, she was attentive, sweet, and patient with us and our order. The food was also delicious.
