Took my son out for dinner. This place is so rude. I spoke clear ENGLISH on my order. They lady didn't repeat my order. They messed up my order 3times. So frustrating!!!! If I could rate no stars would!!! They send their car hoppers to deal with the cooks mistake.

This place is very unorganized! My family and I went through the drive-thru, ordered, and pulled ahead. We see employees going from car to car in the line to ask if they were carrying their order. As we got to the window, a girl read a order to us that wasn't ours then a boy came to the window and did the same thing. It was our order but i had specifically stated a chili cheese Coney and he was trying to give us a regular hot dog. He didn't try to fix the order .He told us to go get back in that long line and reorder. We weren't having it so we left without our order. Bad business overall.

A drive up and drive in remind me of my earlier years! Only bad part is I don't think there's restrooms. Always a treat to visit and eat! They will customize your food, beverage and dessert order. Always fresh and tasty! The variety of ice cream, slushes and flavors is endless! Watch out for brain freeze!

Stopped by for a quick drink. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly. My only complaint was the traffic flow between drive thru customers and those who are leaving the drive in. It gets pretty crowded where the two merge together.

Tater tots and cheddar peppers are good ,but their burgers are somehow guess not cooked right. So I give one star, sorry

I ordered sweet ice tea w/strawberries they forgot to put strawberries in it. I got home 48 miles away and found out there were no strawberries in my drink. Dangg!

I admit that I have never been a big Sonic fan, so you can take that into consideration with this review. This time was another so-so visit.

The good:
They kindly let my young daughters use their restroom within their small building.
The natural lemonade was perfect (I like mine sweeter and it was sweet, but probably not as sweet as Chick-fil-a, but not too sour like Wendy's).
Tater tots were good, crispy like they should be, maybe could have been hotter.

The bad:
I got the chicken "tenders" - tender would be the last word I would use to describe them. Of course the pictures of the entree make it look very enticing - don't count on it. Chicken nuggets that I have had from other fast food places are more juicy, tender, and probably have a greater meat to breading ratio (with breading that has flavor). This was just the most disappointing part of the visit for me. If you like chewing through tough, dry breading then order this item.

My youngest daughter, age 2, ate her corndog, ate her applesauce, and drank her milk and then said she was hungry - as did her older siblings. I get that I'm going to pay $4 or more for a kids meal that wholesales for less than half of that, but it should at least fill a toddler (who hardly ever finishes her dinner at home).

I guess I'm the kind of person who goes somewhere for the food - the entree - and the good tots and drinks weren't enough to make up the difference. I'll continue not being a fan.

New edit:
Another visit, more negatives and positives.

We came to get shakes only, and ordered whatever it is they call their ice cream in a cup with mix-ins (they'll correct you if you call it a shake).

The good - my wife's Reese's peanut butter cup shake was good (reportedly), the daughters enjoyed their cookie dough. I found the cookie dough pieces to be perfect. They were a great replica of actual cookie dough with a good nutty/oaty flavor that real cookie dough has that fake substitutes don't. I also enjoyed the sprinkling of cookie dough pieces on the top of the shake.

The bad - after being so pleased, my first impression led to disappointment as halfway through my shake I was left with vanilla ice cream only. I get that the mixing process isn't perfect and lots of places struggle with this, but there was literally only 1 cookie dough piece below the halfway point.

All together I really enjoyed the first of my shake, but another disappointment makes for just another so-so visit for Sonic.

Disrespectful employees are the main problem. Food is never cooked right, I've had food poising from here then later dealt with dehydration. Drinks are always different, the limades taste of different drinks, and the slushies are either too watery or too frozen.

Like to stop at this Sonic Drive-In in Grants, NM but on this occasion we drove up n it was all ready closed. 😟 It was after 7:00 pm. Closes early due to Covid. Oh well. Next time going thru. Dragon Drink. Yum! 😋

Very Very bad customer service. I had made a simple order. Asked that they cut the crust of a toaster sandwich, to where the employees response was "no we can't." I asked why not? And was told that it would be done this time but not next time.. As a paying customer that makes that employees paycheck I find it odd, rude, and plain out lazy. When I called Abner whom is supposed to be a supervisor of some sort, was just as rude and unhelpful as the employee. How a business as such plans to do good or remain profitable in a small town is dumbfounding to me. CUSTOMER SERVICE>>>75% of customers go where they are wanted and needed. I guess they're the only fast food estb- that does not seem to think, know, or respect that.
