The food was quick surprisingly, it wasn't too busy as usual. The #2 was poorly built, very greasy, soggy & wrapped in the wrong spot of the wrapping paper. It was alright I guess can't complain when you're hungry. The tots were over cooked which sucks but least they got my drink right & they actually put the little packages of salt in the bag hmm. I should have taken a picture of the burger Squidward made.

Very unprofessional customer service from the male employee and the, "GM," female in a red shirt. Having to return to the store twice because of their mistakes the employee wanted to argue instead of making it right. After agreeing to a compensation for the mistake he comes out stating the GM said it was either the original item ordered or the compensation. Told him I wanted my original order and I wasn't going to sit there and argue with him. The "GM" came out with the order, not addressing the issue or saying anything at all, shoving the order in my hand and walked off. GM needs some type of customer service training along with the employee.

We ordered here just this morning 3/11/21. I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito with tots and a cold brew French vanilla coffee. My coffee wasn’t even sweet. I asked for sweet French vanilla and it tasted like black coffee with milk and my burrito wasn’t even mixed. All the sausage pieces were at the top! All I was eating was a half sausage and tortilla and half egg and tortilla. Would not recommend getting that meal.

Waited for 20 min. No service was provided, pushed service button 6 times, no response, I asked one of the waitresses about the speaker, it working she said with out a by your leave, I had to go next resturuant, I got served there less than 5 minutes.
I will not bother with Sonics from now on

The order board for the drive thru was open but the drive through window was closed with no indication of this until I was stuck in the drive thru lane. Once I ordered and pulled forward I could see where all of the drive thru customers were being directed. I was in line for 20 minutes waiting on 3 drinks. The individual stalls were moving faster than the drive thru.
The girl who brought our order out was very nice and I tipped her well since this was not her fault.
Then we got back on 40 east and discovered the tea was very watered down and the flavor add ins were missing.

The staff service and food quality was great. However, this was the only Sonic throughout the states traveling through that had all parking stalls closed. Even their drive thru window closed, and the had staff come out to you to take your payment and serve you your food. So my question is then, why are the parking stalls closed?

Service here was excellent, when you touch the service button you get quick service. Take out service was good to, even when its very busy. Know you touch the service button takes them10 to 15 min to answer, sometimes longer. Delivery serves takes about 25 to 30 mins. I just order 3 mini blast it took 25 min for them to bring it out, and its not that busy. What happen!!!!

Got in line at the drive thru, waited in line for about 40 minutes. Never got any service than just drove off. This was at the Shiprock Sonics on June 1st 2022

The food is good, but I just ordered a drink and I had to wait for quite sometime until it finally arrived. How long does it take for one drink? They serve the drive thru first. If you want your food or drink fast go to the drive thru.

Everything was not ok. The problem is the the workers that take orders and the cooks and who ever bags the food are the problem. The workers that take out the food are not the problem. The oder taker has a attitude problem and my order came out burnt and not the right order and missing items and this was the fifth time this had happened to me. I feel bad for the worker's that take out the food because it's not there problem there just taking the food out and cashing out costumers.
