It's just like any Sonic. I don't rate fast food places differently than others, so most fast food is three stars and below unless there's something amazing about a particular place. This one they were kind of rude over the intercom but it is what it is. At least they were better than the cracker barrel where we waited 45 minutes to wait 15 minutes to not even have a waiter to stop by and say hello.

This is a great place to stop and take a breather and grab a bite to eat. The workers are cordial and always seem to be doing their best with the large crowds of customers. This place could use a facelift though. The oil stains, old trash cans, worn pain is hardly appealing. Remember to tip your carhop!

I've struggled to do this review. It was a poor experience from the perspective that there was a piece of plastic in my husband's hamburger, and the coke was sort of flat. So the quality control was somewhat lacking. That being said, they made it right by apologizing, taking ownership, and refunding our meal. As well as giving us a free drink on a future visit. The corn dogs were great given that I asked for them to make them well done, which a lot of places struggle to do.

Disappointed in this "medium" chili cheese fries. For the price of $3.39, I would've just paid $1 more for a burger. I would not order this again.

Today 11/27/2021 @ 12.20pm we pulled up to the drive through and nobody helped us. So we pulled into a stall and waited 10 minutes after pressing the red button and nobody took our order or even came onto the speaker! 10 minutes! Done with this north of Gallup location.. Don’t put up Help Wanted signs if your current employees can’t do a simple job.
