Spent 30 minutes left empty-handed well before happy hour ended nobody answer at the menu board someone took my order at the window by the time I got my drink they wanted to charge me full price The manager finally came out I explained to her and all she said was (you should have waited to place your order) she didn't care to apologize just give an excuse I can't change the register???? Wow no attempt to retain a customer normally I get $20 to $30 worth of food from here I think I will go elsewhere ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Tried two other Sonics in Gallup before stopping at the one near the mall. All of them had multiple stalls with non- working screens, and none of them would use my our my husband's app 😞

Despite those hassles, the food was great, and server was very friendly and confirmed our large offer was as expected.

The food was good but the fries are always cold and it takes for ever for food to come out... The order screen is not working they should post a note saying screen is down but you can still make an order didn't know if I could place a order or not?

An order of fries wasn’t added and and onion rings were burnt. They told me they couldn’t give me another order of fries and they took the onion rings to make sure I wasn’t lying (I guess). Second onion rings, burnt again! Service sucked and people had been driving off due to long wait.

We ordered through the app and when you do that it tells you to put the number of the stall that you are in, in the app but none of the screens that were in the stalls were working and none of the stalls were NUMBERED!! And we went to not one, not two, but THREE different stalls and they were still weren't working so we had to get out and use the walk up stall! So psa do not go to this sonic!

I got an ultimate meat and cheese. Horrible horrible all the meat in there was hard as a rock and the customer service was horrible! Hate that employees think it’s okay to send food out like this and be rude on top of it. I am a GM so yes I know how it is but I can promise you they wouldn’t be working for me:

I would recommend if you like Sonic restaurant food. This place is clean, and has friendly staff.

Pulled in when it was busy, didn't get what we ordered and paid for but the food we were delivered was good.
