Taos Cow is incredible! They've got fabulous ice cream, good coffee and great breakfast and lunch. Don't be fooled by the look/sign they have way more than just ice cream! Everything is delicious.

I almost hate to give this 5 star rating because its so hard to get near this place in the summer, but it is awesome. Some of the best ice cream I've ever had, and I come from a foodie city.

THEY HAVE BREAKFAST!! And its awesome!!! I thought they only had ice cream for the longest time (which was great) but i had fantastic a breakfast burrito and a fresh made croissant. Just wish i had figured it out sooner

Coffee, veggie breakfast burrito and the service where all GREAT! I will be back and it might be one of my go to places soon. Can't wait to try the ice cream!

Great little ice cream spot. It's the perfect snack post hiking up to William's lake. The spot we were in was a cash only parking lot stand. Sounds sketchy but the friendliest people and THE BEST ice cream. Wish I could have packed some to bring home with me!

My family was so excited to see Taos Cow open as a food truck. The coffee and food is fantastic as always and the staff is patient and friendly. There are some tables and chairs set up along the little creek behind the truck. The big dirt parking lot makes social distancing possible while you wait to order. So happy they are back!

There is no other way to say this, Taos Cow ice cream is the best in the world. I will routinely come up from Albuquerque just to indulge.

Super cute ice cream shop in a small town on the way to Taos Ski Valley. I had a half and half single scoop of lavender and lemon ice cream and was beyond happy! The single scoop was extremely generous in size and the waffle cone tasted fresh and was absolutely delicious.
