Way over priced and they take forever. 3 people took over 20 min for one sandwich to come out.. nothing needed to be cooked on the sandwich/ bagel. It was 2 veggies cheeses and hummus. Should have taken then 5 min max.

Don't drive through Seco without a stop here. The Josarita burrito is an easy choice. The ice cream is incomparable.

What a great find!
The food was very good and ice cream was too.
The parking lot gets full rather fast so you might have to be prepared to walk a little ways. Also, the food prep can take about 20-30min depending on what you order, so don’t go in a rush.
This is definitely a place I’d stop at on the way back from the Ski Valley.

A local special! Makesure to look for this treat in the photo. It's a scoop of ice cream with a shot of espresso poured on top. The food here is good too! Always come back when I go through town

We love Arroyo Seco! Such a cute little town with tons of charm. Taos Cow is a great little diner! Cute wooden tables and mismatching wood chairs painted different regional colors were warm and inviting. The diner was busy but had good service. They have great breakfast burritos and the juevos guerrero's were fantastic. My wife had the oatmeal which she also enjoyed. We didn't have any ice cream although it looked good. The bill was under $40 for 5 people so the value alone is worth it, the food was great and we will be back

Fresh blueberry ice cream was unbelievable! Peach was underwhelming. Not much flavor and frozen pieces were too big. Lavender was just the right mix of flavor and creaminess. Also had a BLT, which was fantastic.

So good we had to visit twice before leaving town. The bagel egg sandwich is delish and the coffee is great too. Also happened to be there bright and early when the chocolate croissants were still hot 😊 Will have to come back to try the ice cream!

This place is tucked away in Arroyo Seco. A very cute little area on the way up to the Taos ski basin. Surprisingly I liked the BLT sandwich much better than the ice cream. I should have tried more flavors. I got cherry, chocolate chip with pinon nuts. The breakfast tacos look good but you can only get limited breakfast items later in the day. The kids working in there were not super friendly. Sadly, there are no dogs allowed, not even outside at the picnic area. Free wifi as a guest, adequate parking.

An unexpectedly wonderful breakfast stop out in what seems to be the middle of nowhere... the bacon breakfast burrito had several slices of super crisp bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, creamy cheese, chunks of potato, and came with a packet of Cholula hot sauce. The tortilla was fluffy, thick, and soft like they are in this part of the country, and it as a super satisfying breakfast for two. The coffee drinks were delicious, fast, and wonderfully hot (unusual at altitude at most coffee stands). And we had room for ice cream. *laughs* Life is uncertain, you have to eat dessert first!!
The Chocolate Rio Grande was full of rich pinon and walnuts and was a beautiful, deep dark chocolate with good quality crisp chips of dark chocolate. My husband loved the Cafe Ole, which was really rich with cinnamon good coffee flavors and more of that great chocolate. I'm sad I can't buy Taos Cow ice cream in the grocery stores anymore, so was willing to make the trek out to get it at their shack. The quality of the food was well worth the extra miles on our trip.
