Ice cream shop with the best bagels? Absolutely. Taos Cow was the perfect pit stop on my way back to Albuquerque. The kimchi works bagel was the perfect combination of flavors. Perfectly toasted bagel with avocado, sweet onions and sprouts. Not an actual restaurant (more like a stationary food trunk) but plenty of seating around back.
One of the best spots in Taos for breakfast burritos. One of a kind type of cooking. Very filling and delicious. Try the ice cream! Stop on your way to ski Taos mountain or if you’re doing a half day stop on the way back into town, definitely worth it! Great family business.
Ice cream was all we had and met my expectations for the price. The flavors were interesting and that makes me want to come back for more. The patio is no pets allowed which may be bothersome for some people. However, the problem was people still bringing their pets and letting them run off leash on the patio anyways and the business not actually caring. The outdoor space is beautiful but some better consistency with the rules would be appreciated.
Best ice cream in Toes for sure, their food is pretty great as well, they have some fantastic breakfast burritos, and one of my favorites “sandwiches” Lox bagel. They are very consistent. They are located in this charming little town, villa called Arroyo Seco. go check them out.
Great place for ice cream. They make their chocolate with Ghirardelli’s chocolate. Yum. They also have a lovely area in the back with a babbling brook that adds to the experience. Enjoy!
Best ice cream in town! Their lavender ice cream is my favorite but this time they didn’t have it. Only downside is why they charge min 15% as tip without providing any service! That’s why I give them 3.75⭐️
Ice cream is a must here! The servings are generous and so delicious! I had a cone with one scoop of pinion caramel and lavender and the hubs had Mexican chocolate and cherry. All flavors were amazing! They also have food too. We had some of the green chile stew and it was awesome with big chunks of chicken and Hominy. So good. Plus they have a little sitting g area overlooking a babbling little brook and a great mountain View. Thus is not in Taos proper but Arroyo Seco which is about 15 min north. Worth the detour as there are a few other great little shops here.
Stopped in to get coffee on our way up to skiing and then stopped every day thereafter. The food menu had great options, however if they are busy, you'll need to be extra patient as it's a small kitchen. If it hadn't been winter I definitely wanted to try the ice cream!

Taos Cow is awesome! Kids cones and ice-cream were a hit, the latte was delicious, and the burritos were hands-down the best we have ever had!
