What a VIIIIIBE ✨ The ladies were so sweet! I have had many breakfast sandwiches but this one. The bread the egg the avacado, the bacon, 🤩🤤 ‘‘twas perfection! The aesthetics were great as well. This place is very clean!
Will definitely be back :)

Coffee is decent (we get drip and latte), but real charm is the vibe when you can sit for a bit, and especially the honey/pistachio drenched donut hole things called Loukoumades, wow, that’s the stuff.

Food is very good. Coffee is average at best. Service is terrible. Teresa a bit of an ice queen manager means well but suffers from being too delicate like many overly sensitive service industry workers. Would not recommend this place for a relaxing coffee to anyone but an attorney I disdained. Not surprising offshoot of Mynkinos service.

So this is the new, LOCAL spot for coffee. This not a Starbucks folks! The ambiance is incredible with open air seating. The food is house made and brunch will be a delight. Also for people that would like a little kick in their coffee, you can create your own coffee alcoholic beverage. If you'd like a real treat try the espresso martini. The soft opening will be this weekend. This will be the local coffee spot in this community. Come give it a try and you won't be disappointed...

Let me start off by saying i come here nearly everyday and get the white cinnamon mocha, it is delicious and let me just say liv, liv is amazing at what she does! If I ever want to switch it up she always has an amazing recommendation! Her customer service is outstanding! She never fails to put a smile on my face, thank you liv for always making me feel welcomed.

I love their breakfast options and i like they their food is a little on the healthy side. The loukamades are deliciously sinful and enough to share between three people. A great place to meet up with friends.

The garage system is ingenious, and with the alabaster walls, what a great example of modern Greek. Personable staff and a unique menu. My grandpa says hi.

It was a nice quiet place to enjoy a latte and pastries. We enjoyed dog watching and visiting on the patio.

I rarely write less than stellar reviews. Just not my thing. So let me start by saying my breakfast sandwich was delicious! My latte…just ok. But that was my fault for ordering anything with pumpkin spice. The service OTOH leaves much to be desired. I stood at the counter for 30-45 seconds before anyone even acknowledged me. I was then met by a less than enthused, blank faced employee who seemed annoyed at my questions as a first timer. By the time I got my food, I was so uncomfortable, I apologized for bothering them to ask for a fork. There are too many other places to try so I probably won’t return here.

Went today, regular customer, been supporting since they opened during Covid-19 but the atmosphere has completely changed. Went in this morning with out of town guests and I guess parked where one if their many vendors wanted to park. The vendor cut me in line to complain and the staff commented how their customers cannot follow directions (parking was not blocked off) and we, the customers, were frustrating them. The tone and comments were the most unprofessional service I have ever witnessed, we immediately left from line and went next door for much better service. Sorry your customers frustrate you for supporting your business, we won't be coming back and hope that helps with all the anger I witnessed. I'm really disappointed, they were a 5 star review.
