Einstein Bros. Bagels

Ordered sandwich then took 3 dog treats. Label on canister said 1.19 each. Cashier would not honor. She says inflation. Well remove label, it takes 2 sec. She says I'm just the Cashier. She still wouldn't honor. I still bought it but at 1.39 each. Employees here definitely need better customer service

Of course it’s always delicious because it is Einstein’s. This location has the NICEST morning crew. Sweet, funny people, great manager. Nice to see these days.

First off, I like Einstein Bagels, especially the Ham & egg with Swiss cheese...
Today I went into the Einstein Bagels on Tramway & Central in Albuquerque. There was one woman waiting for her order and myself, no other customers and there were 5 employees, FIVE!
So I noticed that the girl at the register didn't even thank the lady or wish her a good day and I also noticed that not one employee bothered to even acknowledge my existence and just went about their duties, so I asked the girl closest to me if I could place an order, she informed me that I needed to be under the "place order here" sign at the end of the counter.
Now keep in mind, there were no other customers, so no line and I'm a foot from their stupid sign.
So I placed my order and the girl who was also the manager had the worst attitude, no smile, no professionalism, no customer service, so I decided that I didn't want to give my hard earned money to a business that doesn't appreciate me or any customers business.
That manager sets the example and the tone for that store and it definitely shows!

They removed all the tables and chairs in this place so the homeless can't hang out. Seems a bit harsh to me, and I was at least able to eat my bagel in my car. Empathy?

Nice young counter man but imagine my surprise when I opened my little take away box hungry for my bagel with lox and NO LOX. 2/3/2023. Around 1:00 pm. Bummed

Had an order to pickup after 6. Waited for 30 minutes for them to open after scheduled opening time to be told I will have to come back and they’re not able to refund me. Terrible service.

No tables, slow order turn around, but nice people. Please go to any other Einstein Bros.

I had a pick up order for a large group They were so nice and helpful and made it so easy! They even helped me take everything to my car. Great customer service! Alex, tori and Alicia are amazing! Highly recommend this location!

All staff today very helpful and friendly and efficient. Went to the counter for three separate transactions and was in and out under 10 minutes total. Only disappointed that there is no dine in but other than that it was pleasant.

Just ordered 2 bagels breakfast sandwiches and 2 iced lattes.. The bagels were good but the iced lattes were the worst I’ve ever had! Absolutely disgusting and undrinkable. They taste like old coffee grounds. So disappointed won’t be coming back to this location. Coffee is key to a good breakfast and you failed
