Bagels are always freshly made. The sandwiches are fantastic and the prices are great. Quick friendly service and coffee always fresh.

Great staff and service. They are not sheep so they let you decide if you want to mask up or not, your body your choice right?

Only negative aspect of this shop is the location. The food and drinks are of the quality that you expect, the service is friendly, prompt and professional. 5 stars if this store was in a better location

The n ew phone system does not ever allow anybody to call and place an order. The new phone system simply hangs up when trying to place an order. GREAT JOB. Guess I'll get my bagels somewhere else after all these years. WAKE UP IDIOTS.

Customer service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and so helpful. They gave their honest opinions on the their which was totally needed this message morning. Thank you for such a great experience.

This place is clean and pretty quick. I'm not a huge bagel fan but I still find delicious meals on their menu.

Employee who was operating the register did not give me my 20% discount because my email coupon didn't have a bar code. It did have logo and my name on it. 😕😔 Was very disappointed. Bagel was yummy😋
