Einstein Bros. Bagels

Always the best place for a bagel sandwhich! There's also a good selection of sweets, fruits, and coffees :)

Used to like coming here, they went cashless and don't accept debit cards. Not too smart of a move.

I tried to stop and get coffee and a bagel sandwich oh because I can usually count on Einstein brothers quality of food in good service and I’ve never had a more disappointing experience! I was ready to place my order but the young girl working there with glasses and blonde hair must have thought it was more important to talk about a bad customer to her coworker and then I couldn’t believe it she answered the phone the whole time nobody even acknowledge I was there. I was about to walk out when I was finally acknowledged. She acted as if it were not her job some huge trouble to get me half and half and then when I was finally down the road far enough to be OK with eating my sandwich it turns out the bread was wet and the eggs were cold. Next time I’m in Albuquerque and I want Einstein brothers that’s not the one I’ll be going to!

It was lunch rush hours, and the store was empty. That should have given me a clue not to get in. As soon as I crossed the door, a teenager barked at me, "to the other side." He appeared to be angry!! I still placed my order, asking the child to toast the bagel. When he finished my order, I told him that I had asked for the bagel to be toasted. Alex again barked at me, I REPETEAD THE ORDER. YOU DID NOT SAY ANYTHING. Between the mask and his terrible attitude, I did not even hear what he repeated, so I said, "so it I my fault? Alex again barked at me. YES IT IS!! SO GET OUT OF HERE!! Wow!! Owner, that is why your store is empty.

I asked for 4 different things we don’t have that we don’t have that we can’t make that like what why have it on the menu then lazy workers nowadays

Traveling through Albuquerque and was looking forward to stopping here. Transients are everywhere. A crazy guy was standing right outside the door and trash piled was up on the side of the building. Nope! Not a safe area to get three kiddos out of the car.

Usually I love the Bagels, but today they were really off. I had a blueberry bagel and it tasted like some herbs and not at all like blueberry. I never had such an awful bagel here. Maybe they have new employees who messed up an entire batch of bagels. Definitely will be a while before I go back.

Walked in yesterday morning 540 am, noticed employee outside listening to iPhone, smoking a cigarette. Only one girl behind counter and it was busy. I waited 20 minutes for a bagel. Girl from outside came back inside walked right by a line of customers....wow. I don't know what happened to previous employees but they were much nicer and faster....Oh well guess I won't go there again for a while....

I have been coming here for years and the food has always been great. Today however I waited from 10:25 to 10:47 for my food. They were not crazy busy there were a few people waiting inside but nothing to justify such a long wait for two bagels. I will say the customer service was good despite the long wait.

It wasn't that busy and no one in the store had long or outrageous orders. Every single person that ordered after me was served before me. The store was empty before I was served. I waited almost 15min after I made my order. While everyone around me waited 3-5 min. I will never come back here. I haven't had service this bad in a long time.
