The waitress that worked today May, 10, 2021 is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I felt I was getting the coffee for free. If you are having a bad day, don't project your negativity on people.
The coffee is really good though

Coffee and burritos are delicious. However the staff didn’t seem friendly or welcoming. My second trip there, I couldn’t find parking. And remembering empty eyes with unfriendly faces taking my order made me drive across to starbucks for their friendly atmosphere. Yeah I feel bad for not supporting local that day, but maybe I’ll give them another chance in a few weeks to hopefully improve customer service.

Eh, less than average review for the less than friendly barista this a.m. that I waited around for 10 min. & still tipped more than 20% to hope to get a better tude outta her & didnt even get a TU. I wont be back. 1 barista, 2 people in front of me 2 people came in behind me. I barely received a good morning, first gentleman in behind me also barely received a good morning. Next came in a regular got a bright & bold good morning. I felt discouraged when I ordered avocado toast and was told it would take another six to seven minutes with a tone like it was an inconvenience. Still ordered & wished I hadn't... Hasta!!

Well, I'm not really sure how I feel about this coffee shop. The wait was way too long, the cappuccino was mediocre at best, and the pastries are over priced... $4 for a very small scone? Yikes! The actual inside seating area is cramped and stuffy, especially while waiting in line. Outside seating is pretty nice. I can definitely say they need more staff. Maybe I'm a traditionalist, but I can't stand a light roast for my espresso drinks. I want a dark, bold espresso.

Good coffee & food usually plus generally nice atmosphere but some of the current staff's attitude is (ahem, to be kind) unprofessional and too often what gives coffee house employees a bad rep. An off day(s) can happen - it's not the easiest job morning after morning, lunch after lunch - but not as many times as what me & some friends have experienced at the Lomas location where it's just rude and uncalled for.

Was my first time here and did tell the server that when I went to the window. He didn't recommend anything he jus stood there waiting for me to order. So I ordered my friends drinks and he ended forgetting to make my drink. So I won't go back again. The coffee was good but not the service.

Excellent coffee (for those who like good black coffee and also those who like lattes with interesting flavors). Good atmosphere and reasonable prices. They also serve high quality baked goods.

I went here with high hopes that this would be the latte to start off my NM trip, but it was awful. I did not think I was going to write this. I asked for the chocolate-cinnamon-Chile latte. I could not drink it, and the barista was kind enough to make it again, and I could still not drink it. It tasted horrible. I even added my own creamer to it to make it somewhat tolerable, but couldn’t. I asked for a spoon to stir my creamer in and was told they don’t have spoons?? “A” for effort to make up a craft drink, “F” for flavor. I can’t speak for any of the other drinks, but mine was awful.

Cortado strong. Saturated. I think espresso blend have some part of robusta coffee.

I stopped in daily during my recent week in ABQ. Every time, I was welcomed by the great staff and was served great coffee and lattes. I enjoyed the donuts and pastries too. They open early, so it's a perfect stop for the crucial morning caffeine fix and something to take the edge off breakfast hunger. I highly recommend this place, and can't wait to pay them another visit on my next trip through town.
