Stopped here for a latte and hot chocolate. Ended up with both and a delicious apricot pastry. I don't enjoy apricot typically but this was amazing. I couldn't believe it was under $15 for 2 medium drinks and a pastry (which we shared). Great service too!

Very friendly service, carefully crafted and delicious coffee drinks in a modern roomy atmosphere. Food is sensibly sized ( not for cowboy appetites) and tasty. I like the chicken salad sandwich. We followed this business from their previous location and remain loyal customers.

$14 for the driest blueberry scone and the worst coffee I drank so far in town. The scone was so dry it was like eating sand, it was also flavorless. I took ONE bite and saved the rest for my chickens. The cappuccino was undrinkable. Super bitter and super sour. It was gross. And that with only one shot of espresso! As an Italian I definitely am saddened about them even try to appropriate of the name of the city that serves the best coffee in the country. Big 👎🏼

It was my first time at Napoli Coffee today and I really enjoyed the experience. The cafe is spacious, the staff friendly and there are comfortable couches. If you want to work on your laptop, there is a convenient bar with multiple power points. If you have children, there is even a fun little corner for them to sit, read a book or play with a few toys. It seems like they are prepared to host anyone!

This place is very inviting, and their menu has an awesome selection of food, and a vast and unique selection of delicious tea, coffee beans, and coffee drinks. The staff are so friendly, and, if you go often, they remember who you are and refer to you by name. The atmosphere is relaxing, and there is plenty of room inside to sit and relax, read a book, knit, or work on your computer, alone or in a group. They even have a kiddie corner to entertain the little ones. Or, go sit outside and enjoy the weather on a nice day. Come support a local business, which is much better than the coffee house chains anyway. You won't regret it!

Super cute and friendly coffee shop with a nice variety of drink choices. I’ve had the caramelito and the snickers latte here which were great. You also can’t go wrong with a black coffee which is what my european friend preferred to order during our visits.

Excellent local coffee place. The coffee is excellent, the staff is friendly and the food looked good, although I didn't get any. Next time I'm in Albuquerque, I will definitely stop in again! I also bought some beans to take home.

Ordered a lg skim quad shot latte and lg skin chai latte. Small/medium latte comes only with 2 shots while the Large size comes with 3 shots so there's an extra charge for extra espresso shots.
It's darn expensive >$12!
Coffee was good though pricey!
Very roomy, looks hip and relatively new.
You'll need to ask for a key for the bathrooms in rear of store.
The shop is located in a small strip area so there's lots of parking spaces, across from Candlewood Suites hotel and right off a highway intersection.
Update:
English breakfast tea is ~$2 for XL and orange scone for ~$3.
