Napoli Coffee

One of my favorite places and in my opinion the best coffee House in Albuquerque. They have a list of specialty drinks that goes on and on, delicious sandwiches for both meaty and veggie people, and friendly Staff.

Their new location has tons of outlets for laptop capable customers and it's always a nice atmosphere (both the new venue and the crowd of regulars).

Every time I head in I'm greeted like Norm on cheers. They are the first coffee house I've frequented that's learned my usual order which, considering the number of patrons they get, is hugely impressive that they remember little ole me.

One final note, almost every week or weekend they are hosting some wonderful cause (usually an awesome medical awareness event or a cancer fundraiser).

Can't say enough good things.

Coffee was good, a little weak for an Americano, customer service could use help. 3 people inside, none of them even bothered looking my way let alone greeting me. The manager finally looked up and then snapped her fingers at someone to help me. Not a good first impression.

Napoli coffee is a hidden delight. In an unexpected district for a coffee shop, tucked back with training centers, furniture stores and a gym. However, should you pay them a visit you'll find a very open interior with comfortable stressing, a decent menu (the #6 was delicious!) And a plethora of drink options from your standard coffee and latte to delights with dark chocolate, Chili powder and so forth. The only gripe I have, is that seemingly by design, it is extremely hard to hear people in the building. I was forced to ask the waitress to repeat herself several times and the conversation going on around my table was difficult to make out (I also checked to bayke sure it wasn't just me).
Regardless; If you need a spot to work (they have a bar with others at each seat) or a place to grab a bite and a cup of coffee, stop on by and enjoy.

I've sadly never had a great experience like the majority of the people leaving reviews. It's pretty pricey, I'm not a huge fan of the coffee they offer, and the staff hasn't ever left me with warm fuzzies. A while back I ordered a flavored latte, drove home, and took a sip once I got inside. It was unflavored, so I had to go back to get what I ordered. When I got there, the barista looked at me confused and said nothing (like "we'll remake that for you" or "sorry"). Not sure if she thought I was lying, or just didn't care - or maybe a mix of both. Either way, not the proper way to treat a paying customer.

I haven't had the coffee here, which I understand is pretty weird, but I've come here for off-site work meetings. Along with coffee they have tea and decaffeinated options, as well as breakfast and lunch type items. The space itself is pretty nice to work in and the location is convenient.

Consistently good coffee and coffee drinks with a neighborhood coffee shop feel and super welcoming staff. The counter seating with abundant outlets is a very comfortable place to work!

Very clean and nice location. The staff are great and very helpful. The hot chocolate was great, the latte seemed a little watered down and had a seasoning in it that wasnt bad but a bit much.

Dirty chai with oat milk & 1 pump white mocha.

Awesome coffee shop. Have a very friendly and open environment. I met a friend there and the coffee was great, so was their tea. I'll be back for sure!

I like going here for small meetings or to get a great cup of coffee and surf the web. They feature local artists paintings and other art work. They staff are always friendly and they support local nonprofits.
