Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii

Coffee is good, their manager not so bright with customers. Order my usual monkey mocha, was a little distracted when I asked if they took cash. Her name was Corine, she scuffed and asked me if I could read? Apparently they do not take cash but what an awful thing to say to a customer! What if someone was not able to read, how would she feel then? You need some lively and better customer service.

I love to drink coffee here and the place is amazing. Came in this morning at 6:00am waiting for 20 minutes. I walk up to the baristas who made themselves drinks and didn’t even acknowledge me standing there. Told me they open at 630, very unprofessionally with a bad attitude. Literally the worst customer service I’ve had at a coffee shop. Badass coffee says it opens at 6…not 6:30

Located in the Lowe's Supermarket. Hands down the best coffee ever. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They took time to explain their history, blends, and favorites. Highly recommend.

My wife and I have been here three times in the last week and we have gotten different coffees each time. The staff has been friendly and made great coffees each time. Yum!

I discovered this place awhile ago. What a gem!!! Manager (Corinn) and staff are SUPER friendly!!! Coffee is fantastic, won’t even consider going to any of the other coffee shops in town anymore!

Wow this place is our new coffee joint and glad they are here in Alamo.I personally like their customer service and the positive energy they put off during your visit. Overall, they are worth a try and I hope they expand with a drive thru here one day.

Just stopped by for coffee ☕. The name says it all.the place lives up to the expectations. I'm sure I'll get better acquainted with the place, but I just got into town and thought I would like to try that.
