My FAVORITE breakfast/lunch place in Avalon. I make sure to stop in every time I am in Avalon! The food is incredible and always so fresh and healthy! All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. They have amazing fast service! Whether you need a quick lunch on the way to the beach or need a healthy breakfast option goodness bowls is the place to go! It’s location is so convenient and the staff couldn’t keep it cleaner!! The owners have done an amazing job! I hope they open more so I can go all year round!! Highly recommend!!!!

Literally my favorite place to go for breakfast, lunch, and everything in between!
Delicious, fresh, healthy food/an amazing menu with a wide assortment of options/fast service from a great staff/always clean/outside dining, and a great location in the heart of Avalon. I call ahead when I’m on the beach then go pick up a healthy lunch and return to the beach.
I stop here on a long bike ride for an amazing smoothie to keep me going.
Thanks to this place, I eat healthy every day. Without it, I would be making horrible choices elsewhere!

Omg!!! BEST SMOOTHIE BOWL EVER. never loved Açaí, but going to this place made me love it! Especially because there are so many options there to try. My favorite is the green bowl. The staff is incredibly friendly. You can tell it is a family-based environment and everyone wants you to feel at home, and have good vibes!! Look forward to going here in the summer, and so happy they are open throughout September. They have done an amazing job with the renovations. GB, you have my heart!

People keep asking me “Why Goodness Bowls?” And to those individuals I have a simple answer...Do you not like delicious acai bowls, smoothies, salads, wraps, and more? And do you hate impeccable service in the beautiful heart of Avalon? And on top of all of that do you absolutely just detest good vibes!? If the answer to my simple question is no then Goodness Bowls is clearly not the place for you. But otherwise you will absolutely adore this gem of an establishment!

This is the best neighborhood place in Avalon !!! The bowls are so delicious and so are their smoothies. They have the freshest salads too. And I absolutely love that they have La Columbe coffee! I highly recommend Goodness bowls.

Had the juice shot I needed (instant immunity) and a really tasty bowl (aloha bowl). The ladies working were so nice and patient while I made a choice from their extensive menu. A new, healthy hotspot to Avalon! Welcome to the island. Me and my family will definitely be back!

Beautiful Açaí bowls and salads taste as great as they look! We’ve been here many times and everything is always delicious ... La Colombe coffee is an extra +++!!! Love Goodness Bowls!!!

Admittedly, I don’t do health food often, but when I do I come here. The açaí and Pitaya are fantastic, as well as the green machine and espresso yourself.

My favorite is the post pump. Unreal flavor profile, and perfect for a post workout meal! Overall great staff, great smoothies, and great food.
