Goodness Bowls

I LOVE Goodness Bowls! They have so many healthy options, which is great when you’re at the shore. My favorite bowl is the Avalon Bowl and I add coconut.

The owner and her staff are always so accommodating and friendly!

They have the cutest interior and are great with social distancing/ wearing masks. They’ve added tables outside where you can sit while you wait for your food! Highly recommend stopping by when you’re in Avalon.

Just in town for a week visiting Avalon and LOVED this place! Great customer service, amazing produce quality and fast service! My favorite juice was the Goodness, highly recommend!

Goodness bowls is by far my favorite place to eat down the shore. The menu has the best wide range of healthy options and even options when you are craving something sweet. I absolutely love everything this store has to offer. The employees and staff all are extremely friendly, kind, and they create a welcoming and fun environment in the store. They have great pre and post workout food options or even just a good breakfast or lunch you can enjoy on a day at the beach. Love this place so much, would 1000% recommend!

I can’t get enough of Goodness Bowls and am thrilled I get to continue my Summer habit in Villanova now! Their Açaí is the best around. It has a natural flavor with just the right amount of sweetness that doesn’t taste artificial. 10/10!

Goodness Bowls has the BEST variety from Smoothies (my favorite is Kale as a Cucumber) Bowls (Avalon Bowl - can’t go wrong) to their Toasts (the addition to the menu this summer is the Mediterranean Toast). Plus, the new ‘Market’ section of the store is great and supports all small business companies! Best of all, their team of workers are the hardest working and friendliest of anywhere on the Island.

My GOODNESS, if you haven’t been, check it out...you won’t be disappointed!

OBSESSED WITH GOODNESS BOWLS!!! Not only is everything on the menu delicious, but the customer service and employees also are amazing. The decor inside is so cute, and the attention to cleanliness does not go unrecognized! It is very clean! It is kid and dog friendly, which is always a plus. For Avalon, it is very reasonably priced and worth every penny! The avocado smash is so good, I could eat it every day. The owners, Sue & Corinne are hardworking, dedicated business women, and deserve all of the customers in Avalon!!! GO HERE!!!!

Goodness Bowls is awesome!! I always enjoy coming here when I am in Avalon. Everything is always fresh & made to order . Your always greeted with a warm smile & great service. It’s a perfect place for breakfast & lunch . They also have great salads & smoothies & let’s not forget their pup cups . Yes , they are pet friendly which makes it even better. Absolutely love Goodness Bowls! The ingredients are fresh and the smoothie/bowl combinations are delicious. The staff and welcoming and extremely pleasant, they make me look forward to coming in on a daily basis. The coffee offerings are also perfect! 10/10 would recommend!!
