One of my favorite restaurants in recent memory - a simple lunch is elevated to a level typically not found in the US. Service is warm and polished but not intimidating, and the rustic French country cuisine is immediately approachable. The grilled baby octopus salad was a dramatic dish to share at the table, and my quiche was hearty enough to keep me going all day. Interesting wine and cocktail list, so I'd really like to come back for dinner.

If you love chocolate and coffee this is a must visit. I had a large dark mocha and it was very rich and delicious. I highly recommend this place to locals and anyone passing through. The staff was great and we had 40 people with us.

The chocolate was served lukewarm and when the staff member was approached to try to correct this, I was met with an attitude of distain and condescension. I will not be visiting again.

It would be an understatement to say this is the best chocolate your will ever have. The chocolate makes this a destination spot in this area. The restaurant is the secret when you get there. The food is divine and well thought out... American with French influence. That combination pairs smoothly with chocolate to end the meal.

My girlfriend and I come here every year for hot chocolate. Very out of the way, but the drive is scenic during all seasons. Perfect for daytime dates or for Valentine's day.

Two words... Drinking Chocolate.
Or any of the assorted decadent treats.

My whole family loves Burdick's chocolates! They never disappoint! Although a bit pricey, it's worth the extra money, as it is the best chocolate we have ever had.

If you're a foodie, you will love eating here. True rustic French cuisine that you won't find anywhere else within a 200 mile radius. Charming, welcoming, & the chocolate is the best in New England by far!

Possibly the best handmade a chocolate on the east coast. French inspired all local. Go to spot for chocolate mice and penguins. The packaging of the chocolates will impress whoever you give it to. Beautiful dove tail wooden boxes with a old fashion melted stamp B on the top. The gift will just emite class and delectable.

Great atmosphere. Shared a small hot chocolate with my husband. It was very rich and very delicious. We also had a slice of coconut cake that was pretty amazing.
