We've enjoyed coming down here a couple times now. We have tried a few different hot chocolate drinks with an added shot of espresso. So far the Venezuela has been my most favorite.
The pastries have been an enjoyable addition to our brunch.

Amazing chocolates and scrumptious desserts. I would compare the quality of the chocolates to La Maison du Chocolat and the cakes to offerings at good French patisserie or German konditorei. This is our first time to the Walpole shop, but we have been to the shops in Boston and Harvard Square many times and have never been disappointed.

It's been over a decade since I've been here last and we were not disappointed!
The hot chocolates are rich and the latte was delicious (not overpowering). We got a cookie and an earl grey cake which was unexpectedly enjoyed by all including two young children. Service was fast and we enjoyed perusing the chocolates. It is a bit pricey but we all felt it was well worth it.

Great ambiance inside this local chocolate/pastry shop. Some of the chocolates are so pretty that I could only imagine gifting them to others - I could never get myself to eat those works of art! I did enjoy their Madagascar sourced hot chocolate as well - it was priced accordingly.

Beautiful place. They have the restaurant, a tea room and a chocolate shop all attached with different doors to enter for each. The chocolate shop has all handmade, delicious chocolates. They also make coffee, frappuccinos, hot chocolate and a bunch more goodies. They are always friendly and helpful. Place is always very clean every time I go in and is absolutely elegant looking place. They also make some chocolates with alcohol in them.. so cool! Each piece of chocolate is hand crafted and absolutely beautiful and delicious! I love how the proceeds from the elephant chocolates goes to saving the elephants❤

Art and chocolate. Greatest cup of hot chocolate you’ll ever have. Beautiful deserts. Great experience.

Amazing decadent deserts and lovely atmosphere. Staff are attentive, kind, and polite, serving everything with intent. This is the kind of place that makes me feel fancy, and very happy because there is chocolate everywhere! Definitely worth a visit!

2023: lots of temping chocolate desserts. High prices.
2019:
Very good but very expensive chocholates. $9.50 for a medium size chocolates bar. Small box of chocolates in the $32-36 range. They are a special treat.

The hot chocolate was excellent, but the customer service was the worst I have ever had in over 50 years. The young kid behind the counter found it necessary to argue with me about my order after asking him to clarify what he was inputting. Even after I asked for the manager he continued to argue right in front of her. For a higher end place, they need to do a much better job of screening their help.

We had a wonderful dinner and drinks; they had a vegan option, which was super unexpected but awesome basically a roasted vegies. I typically stop by the tea room and grab a few boxes of chocolate mice every holiday season. they are the best gift for everyone.
