Coffee is extremely weak.
At my second time here i asked for an extra shot in my late and it is still very weak.
Tastes like hot milk.

Amazing coffee! Their seasonal drinks are always exceptional. Great food options too. Normally not mesmerized with a sandwich like a meatball sub, but here the flavors were wonderful.

Delicious food, great atmosphere, just a great place all around. Depending on time of day it can either be packed or quiet. Staff are great as well, very pleasant to speak to. Also had a chance to speak with one of the owners, who takes meticulous care of the place, cares for his workers, and is a warm, lovely person, very down to earth. Definitely try The Saco and enjoy!! :)

Great coffee, pastries and many sandwiches. I've been coming here for years, it's my go to place in North Conway. Nice seating area upstairs to relax.

The coffee here was pretty good. I've been to better but it was still pretty solid coffee. This will sound pretentious, but it would've been nice if they served coffee in mugs, but instead everything was paper, even if you have your coffee there. Personally, when I go to a nicer coffee shop I like having a mug to complete the experience, but this was a minor complaint. The atmosphere was very nice. Lots of seating and places to lounge around in comfy chairs. It won't look that way when you first walk in, but they have a balcony and a few rooms behind the counter. Overall I recommend this place. It's also conveniently close to the other attractions downtown.

Usually do not leave too many reviews but had to return a meatball sandwich twice today because of frozen meatballs and not put on the right bread that was requested. Smoothies are good but the return of the sandwich we really struggled with.

Beautiful prices and selection. Coffee, espresso, tea, and every kind of baked good and dessert. Prices are cheap, especially for what you get. The location is beautiful, even for North Conway. So many different decked-out sitting locations, plus a beautiful fireplace, and a few Harry Potter references to boot. Love it!

What a disappointment.
The place looks so nice, and has such nice atmosphere, without the staff.
Not sure if they were tired or something, but they weren't very friendly.
It started with me asking for a receipt and never getting it.
We got a coffee, hot cider, and a sandwich, and paid 18$.
The coffee was good the cider was alright (didn't finish it) and the sandwich was terrible.
I ate a few bites and threw it to the trash.

It could have been a perfect place, especially with the way it's build, and they have games for kids and adults upstairs, and I was very excited about it.
Of the food was good i would have probably come back even with the price.
But we paid so much for something we threw away immediately. F

Some of the best coffee I've ever had in my life. I had a iced pecan pie latte. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Can't wait to try their other lattes! Decent prices, great art, and comfy chairs. Oh, and free WiFi! Love this place!

The smoothies were just syrup and ice. That is not a smoothie! A real smoothie does not contain syrup! It contains real ingredients!
