Some of the best coffee in town, these guys are really exact, and science the s$ out of their shots. I had one of the best cortados if my life here. And to top it off, they have really unique and creative latte flavors that you won't get anywhere else. Their summer cold drink game is strong too. Open seating and a large space, it's a really comfortable laptop environment. Everyone who works here is nice too.

Coffee was great! Very rich and flavorful. Had a mocha. Then had a second one.
All you Starbucks junkies, try coming here instead if you happen to be nearby. A zillion times better!
Service was wonderful. We were there early, too, on a Saturday morning, so no crowds.

Typical midtown downtown coffee shop in the Reno area. Coffee was good, not great. The horchata cold brew drink I had was different, and unfortunately very gritty at the end of the drink. Six bucks per drink as well, not cheap here for what you are getting. Do I recommend it? Mehhh.

Used to live just two blocks from here and would always find an excuse to come by for a delicious cup of coffee. Nice decor inside, with local art sometimes. I don't like the use of the word "hipster" but this place feels like a hipster hub, in the best way possible. Have only positive things to say about the staff and quality of coffee here. I now live on the opposite wide of town and I kinda miss being able to just walk over here in the morning, then back home again. If you haven't been here, and need some great coffee in your life, you need to make a special trip and try it out.

Stopped in here on impulse a while back. Bought a package of whole bean coffee to take home since I love taking home a taste of my travels. This is hands down the best coffee I've ever had. Such a lovely, different flavor. Actually bought some online later. Delivery was fast and easy.

We visited two years ago and again this week. I respect their commitment to sourcing and roasting quality coffee, and was happy to have three options for pour overs. They’ve added a lot of seating area, so it seems like a great place to do work and have meetings. For me, on a road trip, it’s a destination for excellent coffee.

Easily the best coffee in Reno!
When you walk in to Old World, everything about the shop speaks to how much they enjoy the art of making fine coffee. The employees really seem to genuinely enjoy talking about the different methods of brewing, the science behind their art (if you're into that kind of thing), helping their customers explore and enjoy new types of beverages (that I may never had thought of trying). When you are standing at their gorgeous bar ordering, the baristas are really great about explaining their menu and helping you decide on a beverage that really fits your style. If you are interested in something familiar, they make the best cappuccino and latte in town! If you are the adventurous type, they make some really creative craft beverages that highlight the exception quality of their coffee. Nothing here ever tastes burnt or bitter. Everything about this business points toward their commitment to provide the best quality to their customers! Needless to say, I think I will have a really hard time ever going somewhere else. My only critique is that they do not have a location closer to my home / work in South Reno, if you read this please feel free to help me lobby for another location!

One of the best lattes in town. Espresso is bright and not too earthy. The milk is always frothed perfectly so that the lattes are light and airy while being very creamy. They serve Perenn bakery pastries which is so lovely because Perenn's pastries are delicious but their coffee leaves a lot to be desired. This is the best of both worlds.

Definitely the best espresso in Reno. I get annoyed because coffee and espresso aren't really the same thing so places can be excellent at coffee and still have bad, poorly made espresso. It's really hard to read through reviews and figure out where to go because most reviews are talking about the coffee. Other reviews talk about sweet mixed beverages that are going to hide the quality of the shot. And other reviews talk about staff friendliness or decor or atmosphere and I guess that's fine but sometimes you just want to know if the espresso is good. This espresso is good.

Over-priced and rude to the real coffee drinkers who just want a thermos of black coffee. I paid over six bucks and they didn't even fill the thermos. I hate these snobby places who don't look out for the basic brew types.
