Arctic Circle

Short girl with red hair always seems to be in a bad attitude and treats me terribly everytime I go there. If she isn't there it is a great experience but she seems to be there more often than not so I won't be returning.

Had asked to have ketchup only on my hotdogs, and they gave it to me plain. I was never given any condiments for the fries also.

Food was good. Got take out & everything was there & correct. To me that says alot

Staff was to interested in visiting there friends, very unprofessional I ordered a children's meal and got one item the person who served me told me it didn't come with Fry's when I pointed it out to him that it's says Fry's corn did and drink he turned and asked another employer who then told him it did indeed come with Fry's.

They got my burger wrong, fries were cold and soggy, and service was really slow considering we were the only customers in there..

Best fountain soda I have tasted so far here in Elko.

Horrible! We were the only people there and the girl "cooking" gave us cold burgers.. not to mention handing the floor mop to another employee and NOT washing her hands or gloving up before serving our food! I'm glad i'm not from there so I never need to see this place again. Yuck!

the food was great and delicious, little slow getting the food but still well done and clean

Slow and dirty!! Employee smoking next to drive-thru window stinking up our car while we waited. Employees had no pride in their work. Were there in the early evening.

Great milk shakes. Sometimes the service people get a little cranky.. maybe they got permanent brain freeze from the shakes..
