Arctic Circle

The service is always top notch and the food is simply AMAZING! I wish every fast food place was even a fraction as good.

The reason that I drive over a hundred miles? Ranch burger combo. Easily worth it!

Very friendly staff. Had an issue with my order and they fixed it right away with no complaint. Food was great.

I used to love this place. When I left the store I was so stressed out. The intercom speakers are broken so you can't understand what the employee is saying. Plus it is so loud that it scares the sh.. out of you when they do talk. They got the order wrong and I went inside to fix it and was charged again for what I didn't get. The cashier in drive thru said to me. I don't know what to tell you that is the way it is. The supervisor fixed my order but I felt like she didn't fix the problem.

Cook did not cook order correctly so cashier had him redo one burger while other one set and became cold second burger was still not correct so paid for upgrades we did not receive. We like Artic Circle but not the one in Elko NV

The absolute worst place to stop. I can’t think of a slower fast food place ever. We waited 33 minutes for our hamburgers and they came out cold and our fries came out 15 minutes later after we had already finished our cold hamburgers. Their kind gesture of 15% off a shake was laughable, we didn’t have another half an hour to wait for those. Go somewhere else ....it was so bad people were asking for their money back after waiting 30 minutes and it wasn’t even busy.

They had great prices on sodas there! Clean restrooms, clean store and friendly service. I bought a bag of beef jerky and hit the freeway west. I started to open the bag of jerky and noticed it was already partially open. When I looked in the bag that's when I noticed the entire bottom jerky was totally molded! W

This place is awesome, they have the best ice cream hands down.

Milkshakes, Hamburgers & More....but they can't do hamburgers. 🤷🏻‍♀️
I was so excited to find out Elko had an Arctic Circle. Decided we'd try it and see if it was a good as I remember it being. We ordered burgers and paid at the window, 10 minutes later we were told it was going to be a little bit then 5 minutes later told they couldn't get the grill to work and asked if he wanted something friend. We didn't really, but we had already paid so we ordered chicken fingers and a chicken sandwich. The girl then had us pay an additional $3. I mean, fine but it wasn't us changing the order it was because they couldn't provide what we had already paid for. It took almost 10 more minutes to get our food. We went home to eat and then wished we would have just went somewhere else. The chicken fingers weren't great and the chicken sandwich was a worse version of the McChicken from McDonald's. The fries were probably the highlight and even those were just okay. I probably will just go to McDonald's or Wendy's if I want "fast food".

We waited over 30 minutes in the drive through line. No "sorry for the wait" or any comment other than "what did you order to drink, they didnt include it." Then "i will bring your food when its done." Then oyher 10 minute wait. Food was mediocre at best, tasted old. No thank you, nothing. I had to ask if thay was everything. Crappy experience for expensive poorly prepared good while waiting in the hear in the car. We wont be going back.

Under new management when visited. Attached to a gas station c-store but dinning area was clean, staff was friendly, order was quick.
