Arctic Circle

They got my order wrong 2 times, and the second time the slammed the drive thru window on me... there were 3 school aged kids working... none of them knew how to to their jobs. The food sucked.

You know you are approaching Utah when fry sauce, a regional treat, is available. Ask for it.

Good shakes. Minus one star for constant lack of fresh bananas

Love their hamburgers and french fries. By far, the best from a fast food burger joint. The worst customer service by a manager I have EVER encountered. I have never been treated so poorly with such disrespect.

Drive Through

My family usually LOVES Artic Circle, but we were disappointed at the one. Cold food, bad sandwiches. Friendly service is the only reason I'm giving even 2 stars.

Went through the drive through for ice cream and a couple other things ( a corn dog, cheese curds, and tator tots) paid. Got my change. Ice cream and bag of food. I didnt check my bag which is my own fault, got home and didnt get the corn dog. Looked for a receipt, thinking maybe I made a mistake and they didnt hear me so it makes sense they didnt add it. I realized I got change and no receipt. I tried to call and ask them but their phone number is no longer in service. Also the gas station attached to arctic circles phone just has a busy signal. So I'm just at a loss less than drive over there...just a warning to double check your order and know that if you leave your only choice is to drive back if something is wrong.

Absolutely terrible service. There was a rat tail in my Ice Cream. And mold on my burger buns. Will go here again.

We tried it. We won't be going to any Artic Circles in the future. The bathroom was disgusting! The food was barely okay. Not even slightly impressed. Gross!

Terrible service. Brother in law went through the dmv faster than we got through the drive thru. Had to go back to work and didn't even get to eat what I bought.

Got a strawberry shake and took one bite and threw it away . Had a very odd taste to it. Almost like it was sour . And 2 hours later still burping up that nasty taste.

Yumm love it and the onion rings and food was so fresh. Great customer service as well super clean to.👏
