Arctic Circle

Employee didn't put on gloves or wash his hands after handling money before he started handling food. With the current coronavirus pandemic I find this to be unacceptable.

Horribly dry and tasteless halibut. Jr. Bacon cheeseburger had lots of bacon, who looked good, but the lettuce was wilted and destroyed the sandwich. Lime rickeys a fries were the only decent things in our lunch.

Staff ignored us to the point the general manager had no idea if we had been helped we stood there for almost 45 minutes for sweet potatoes fries and 2 ranch burgers which were cold and terrible!

It is so hot and miserable, no AC at all. Employee's are wearing cold wash cloths around neck to stay cool , trying not to get heat stroke. Fix the AC before you have a law suit on your hands.

Bad experience. Took more than 30min to get 4 small milkshakes. They were not busy, either! The milkshakes were terrible, too... No flavor. No one finished, that's how disappointed we were.

Always yummy food. Always slow. Do they only cook one order at a time. I truly love the shakes. GREAT selection.

It takes them to long to get the order in, especially when it's not even busy. There fries taste so old. I wasn't happy with it.

Ate there last night with my family and myself and my daughter now have food poisoning not happy about this due to she is just one years old check your food and make sure it's good for people to actually eat and not get sick

Good food, friendly service. One employee only wore her mask on her chin. Food took a long time

Slow service along with giving us our order not once but twice completely wrong. Will NEVER eat there again, they don't deserve my money.
