Completely overrated. The wait was long, with only a few customers. Food was average and overpriced.

The first time I ate here, the food was absolutely beautiful and tasted fabulous. We went here again Frjday night and I ordered the plum creek chicken breast, and was incredibly disappointed in this, first of all the presentation looked plain and something I could have gotten from a diner, but then I tasted it, could not believe how bland and utterly mediocre it was. DISH...that was completely not living up to your name and especially your chef's name. The 2 stars are for the very nice server, whom I was impressed with!

Great new flavors to taste. We had 4 people who ordered different menu items, then we shared so we tasted salmon, steak, and chicken entries. Loved every bite.

Our waiter made our dining miserable. There were 3 of us and he didn’t answer questions, just walked off from table. We all just sat there looking at each other. Very thing was rushed and he wasn’t personable at all! Food of course was delicious, but we do like a nice dining experience.

Great staff, warm and helpful. Food is outstanding, more coastal in preparation and portions than Midwest. The biscuits are melt in your mouth, the pork chop perfectly done, the rice pudding is to die for. Highly recommend!

Every single aspect of our dinner was perfect. I can't find an accurate way to describe our meal last night that doesn't sound hyperbolic. They just nailed everything. Service was delightful, cocktails and sparkling were unique and awesome. The FOOD was straight up fantastic. Lincoln is lucky to have this place. This food would cost 2x more in a major market. The presentation is always gorgeous. Flavors and textures were both balanced and unique...there is always a combo you haven't thought of before that works. I don't know YOU, but I know you should go to DISH.

Great atmosphere for foodies who want to experience delicious one of a kind food and drinks.

Really great service and friendly staff. However, the food is pretty overpriced for what you get. I really usually don’t care about how a meal is plated but they don’t do anything to make it look pretty or presentable. It’s not a huge deal of course but just a suggestion to make the food a little more presentable. I like to see when a chef is passionate about the food he/she sends out. You definitely pay for the atmosphere and service, would just like to have gotten a little more bang for my buck.
