Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in Lincoln. On every level - service, friendliness, variety, food quality and drinks - Dish nails it all. The menu changes often enough to keep things interesting which also means, alas, that favorite you found a few months ago might be gone now. But odds are there will be something new that piques your interest and become your new favorite. If your going out before an event at the Lied or elsewhere downtown make reservations. There’s a good chance Dish will be busy.

Today was my first time trying Dish. I came here for brunch (the best meal of the day) and was not disappointed. First of all, the service here is top notch. From the hostess to our waiter, the people who work here are wonderful. The French press coffee was fantastic. I love that they bring the whole press to your table to allow you to top off your cup as needed. The food was also amazing. I had the lemon ricotta pancakes; if you like a lemon / blueberry flavor combo, you will love these. I also tried a bite of the grits, and they were fantastic. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you want to go the more savory route.

We went to DISH on the recommendation of our hotel down the street when we visited Lincoln, so we didn't know what to expect. What an amazing surprise! The food was outstanding (especially the beet and salmon dishes) and the staff were all friendly and energetic. The bar was small but thoughtfully stocked and the cocktails were inventive and tasty. We travel and eat out a lot and were blown away by the quality and service.

My son and his date and another couple went here before a school dance for a nice dinner. They were all 16 years old and never been there before. Told the waitress they weren't sure what to order. She said no problem she would help them. Said to order 4 small appetizers then 4 larger meals. My son said the portions were not very big. In the end it cost 4 teenagers $260 to eat there. Hope the waitress enjoyed taking advantage of these young kids. They said it was not that good.

Beautiful Restaurant in a nice location, the servers were wonderful and the food was so amazing! I have not had food this amazing in a long time, the flavors were so complimentary! Servers did such a wonderful job explaining the flavors and answering any questions we had!

Good food. A bit bland decor for my taste but I know that's on me. Over priced still for the amount of food. Delicious, but still way pricier than I have had with similar restaurants. Maybe inflation/ pandemic raised their costs? Spent $90 for 2 appetizers and 1 drink.

A delightful surprise. We walked in without a reservation and ate at the bar. It was a wonderful meal. Nice service too. Need reservations bc the place was packed.

My salmon dish was one of the best I've had in years. They brought out the wrong order for my mom, which was unfortunate. We all waited about 15-20 minutes to eat until she got her food.

One of the good places I had dinner at in Nebraska. The service was great and the food too. They have a changing menu according to the season and always have fresh supply.

Went for Valentine’s Day and the set menu. They told us when we sat down the table was booked for only two hours — it took them 3 hours to serve us every plate.

In the end, the set menu plus a suggested drink was $217.

Not worth it. At least 1 hour between two of the dishes. I think they were over ambitious with their planning and in the end, the food was just alright.
