I will not go anywhere but Scooters. The best. Important update: Do not go to the location near Elkhorn South High School. They attempted to serve me lukewarm coffee with extra perfume splattered on the cups. Gigantic failure.

I'm surprised people gave this location 5 stars. The service is horrible. No hellos- came up to the window and literally sat for TEN MINUTES before the young guy opened the door and stuck his hand out. Umm you haven't even told me my total. So after mumbling what I owed- I gave him cash and he shut the window. FIVE full minutes later he opens the door and gives me a hot drink instead of a cold drink. So I had to wait longer for my blender to be made and once I got that I left. I will never be visiting this location again

I have been going to this scooters for a while now, nearly every day to work and relax. Two of the baristas were talking about me loud enough so I could hear it AND got my simple order wrong (hot tea). Really humiliating, am considering going to Starbucks instead.

Not sure why you're not open at 6:30 on a Saturday, but at the very least put a sign up at your drive through to let people know so they don't sit and wait.
Also don't bother getting an Americano here, they never have much flavor, save the money and make your own.

Even in the morning rush it wasn't to long of a wait. I always get either a blender, smoothie, or there green tea, and have only had problems once or twice. With my tea not tasting right. Other wise no issues ever!

Got a breakfast sandwich and waited at the window to pay for about 4 minutes before being greeted and then my bagel was hard making half of it inedible.

Had a worker argue with me about a Coffee that's made at literally any other Scooters I go to."It's not even a thing" they say.. Let's not talk dumb to a longtime customer again, Thanks.

Geez..another Scooters. Do not order food at a coffee bar. Small breakfast ciabatta with temperature zones..sausage cold! I received my Chai Latte after I was done eating.
