I recently visited friends in Omaha and had the pleasure of going to this location. The iced mocha was a thing of beauty until I dropped it and it spilled all over my car. The manager very kindly made me a new one for free despite the store being super busy. There are some truly wonderful people in this world!

Katie is doing an AWESOME JOB training an employee here this afternoon. It's been quiet here the past few hours, and I can hear bits and pieces of her conversation-- gently and patiently teaching the other employee how to do her job well! ...I know that experiencing an efficient and accurate fulfillment of your order at Scooters can really make or break the reputation of that location. I highly recommend this location! They are doing things well here! Thanks, Katie, for being a great teacher to those under your management! I think Katie deserves a raise! 😁

This Scooter's location is run well. I always get the best Toffee Nut latte, just the right temperature and flavor. The baristas are bubbly, the place is clean, and the experience is great (I asked for the music to be lowered, and they did)!

Very disappointed and disheartened that management is failing the consumer but more importantly not training these young impressionable girls on customer service etiquette. I walked in and stood at the counter for approximately 5 minutes before I was even greeted, I felt very out of place when all 4 employees looked at me several different times without even so much as a smile. When I was finally served she was friendly and they were a bit busy but my experience there was less than desirable

The good employees of the scooters store deserve a better location. The drive through flow is incredibly poor. Having the drive through line up behind the cars in the parking lot is not only asinine but also creates friction between the customers.

Bagels are always tough, but today was horrible! I could not even cut the bagel with a knife! I wish I could upload a video because it shocks me that they’d even serve something that’s not edible. I called and was told that their oven is broken so they are microwaving the bagels. Won’t be fixed for a couple of weeks. FYI...if you want a bagel, choose another location. I’ve never had problems anywhere else.

Great experience! I had pumpkin spice latte, skim, no whipped cream! My granddaughters had cupcake pops. Didn't here a word until we hot home!
