Coffee is great. Customer service is great, loyalty card with various discounts sent to your phone, some healthy baked goods choices, cute coffee mugs n accessories.

It's a nice coffee bistro for Miles City. It was my intown getaway spot when I had to spend some time in that town . The free wifi and tv- along with being relatively quiet are all pluses. They make good coffee and deli.

MEL was so sarcastic when I came in to exchange my ice coffee. I didn’t ask for a refund because I really just wanted some good coffee. Mel just looked at me and asked me sarcastically how much was my drink. I told her they didn’t give me a recite and that it’s a large ice coffee. She kept asking me and her co workers how much my drink was and I just looked on my bank app to tell her it’s 4.45! So then she said what did I want and that they don’t have anything with creamer at all. So I took a second to look and decided to get a hot coffee and a pastry! She said ok and did something on the register and as I waited for her response she looked at me a min later and said OKAY 4.45....????? I thought she wanted a payment so I said um ok does it cover the total or do I need extra money? She said NO ITS 4.45 SO JUST PICK SOMETHING CAUSE I GOT COSTUMERS SO HURRY UP! I was so mad the way she said it ... like GIRL I WAITED IN DRIVE THREW FOR 9 MINS PLUS U GUYS LIED ABOUT MY VANILLA CREMER AND PUT SYRUP INSTEAD MAKING ME WASTEd MORE TIME COMING INSIDE! Tf? MEL IS slow and rude

Truly disappointed. We Have tried this place twice. Service slow. Coffee Bland and just not very good both times. We even asked for extra flavoring since last time the iced coffee was so tasteless. Will look elsewhere for iced coffee next trip through the area.

Mediocre coffee. Over roasted like Starbucks or Dunn brothers - their light roast had no flavor. When I walked in it felt a bit like caribou coffee but they should really work on their coffee quality. If there's a caribou coffee nearby go there instead and get a rewards account with them. Cheers!

Their coffee is pretty good and staff are nice.

If you expect your customers to wear a mask, have them available at the entrance. The barista who helped us (Jazzmin) needs to learn how to approach customers on the mask issue. Paid for a cold bagel with no butter.

Small town version of a Starbucks. Sweet sugary coffee drinks. If you like Starbucks then you will like this place. It’s clean and fresh and cookie cutter. No character but you know what you will get.

The gal at the drive thru was friendly and professional. We placed a huge order. Everything was right & tasted great.
